We had a great stay while spending a few days in Modena and Maranello. Very efficient communication and the building was clean and quaint and centrally located! Very nice staff. We had a room on the 2nd floor with nice light/view of the street and a nice bathroom and comfortable bed with ample closet space and necessary amenities.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a more residential area, so it is quiet, but in walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Good size room with AC and a large amount of closet space; however, we got a room with a balcony, which I would not recommend paying for. The balcony was very small, the furniture was not comfortable or well-cared for, and the view was in to other's backyards. There is not an elevator/ lift, so if stairs are a concern I would request a ground floor. Additionally, the front desk is only staffed in the mornings for a few hours; however, they were very responsive via What's App and helped us get a cab to the train station.

*The room was exactly as pictured - clean with Wi-Fi and coffee maker in room. It had a surprising amount of closet space and two TVs! There was also a safe and a desk. *Their own branded products of soaps are provided in dispensers. I do not recall if they provided conditioner. *Like most places that we stayed in Italy, there was no English TV - bring your Firestick or Roku. *The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were rough. *If you're not on the ground floor, you will have to climb stairs. Note: The front desk is operated part-time and there are no amenities other than what's in you room. We had no problem getting a fee parking space right in front of the hotel. *The management was very responsive to emails and the woman working the front desk was nice and helpful.
