Lovely location. Excellent staff. Very nice rooms. Close to the main piazzas. Excellent parking which I think was free. Loved this hotel with pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the road at the front which was quiet. Recommended. Perhaps some balcony furniture would have helped.

Els, the evening staff was exceptional. Very kind, attentive and very accommodating. She went above and beyond . Very clean hotel. Breakfast very delicious and an enormous spread. A delightful place to stay.

On the one hand, the service quality and the location from the hotel to the restaurant such as Osteria Francescana is quite close maybe 7 mins on foot. On the other,the room is quite small,but they have anything you may need and the space for taking a shower is big enough, therefore it is quite good enough for me with such low price.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Breakfast delivered was ample. Location is perfect as a base for exploring the area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room on the fifth floor is quiet. Would happily recommend this hotel to others.

I can't say I love the classic Italian styling, but it works. This is a 4 star hotel that is spotlessly clean, well maintained and my tip is to upgrade to the junior suite with massive rooftop terrace for very little extra. The location is wonderful, the parking outside works a treat and the evening receptionist was first class - I assumed she was the owner. The downstairs lounge and bar 'gold chesterfield' style chairs need some TLC, but the value for money was excellent.

Hotel's location is perfect to explore and enjoy in Modena. Breakfast was very good. There was friendly waiter, who always served coffee with smile. Rooms were decorated in an old, bourgeois style. Some parts of furniture looked worn and old. The price was a bit too high considering the services they provide.

This hotel served it’s purpose. Well located, sparse but clean rooms and very close to City Center. (You can walk everywhere). The staff was rather new and not versed basic things but that was all right as we just used the hotel as a base to get to where we wanted to go. All in all I would certainly recommend it for a 2 or 3 days to visit Modena.
