This hotel has been recommended by friends who live in Modena for long time. At the beginning I was worried about some feedbacks read online but after two days spent there I can confirm our choose. Most liked: receptionists are really friendly and professional, check-in experience has been wonderful and rich of suggestions for our time in Modena; rooms at 3th floor ve been refreshed recently and are comfortable, clean and with amenities always appreciated; breakfast is surprisingly you can really enjoy food and drinks in a well refined space and with friendly personel who can help you with milk and coffee. To be improved: orange juice is not inline with Italian quality, room air conditioning is little noisy during night. Overall nice experience considering the good location close to services and city center. I will strongly recommend this hotel, it worth the money.

Really excellent, very large and modern structure, no parking difficulties, 10 minutes walk from the center of Modena. Courteous and trained concierge staff. The breakfast room is scary, an endless number of sweet and savory delicacies and every type of drink. Truly a great hotel, I will definitely return!

Nice lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Five star breakfast and good dinner too, with lots of choice. I wouldn't give 5 stars for the rooms, especially for the bathroom which was too small without any support. The bathrooms are also small and narrow except for the shower, which is large but does not have a mobile shower head. The blankets are a little shabby and the thing that in my opinion is a little dirty are the aesthetic cushions because I don't think they are changed with every change of customers. For the rest all good

Posizione ottima per visitare la città, ma soprattutto vicina a tutti i servizi necessari. Vicinissimo alla stazione Bus, 10 minuti a piedi e arrivi in centro, nella zona si hanno dei supermercati. Perbarrivare alla stazione ferroviaria si può venissimo andare a piedi circa 18/20 minuti a piedi, fattibilissima a piedi. Se siete lì per veder qualche partita del Modena Calcio lo stadio è vicinissimo a circa 7 minuti a piedi. Personale top e professionale.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno al Tidy Hotel. La struttura è moderna, accogliente e perfettamente pulita, proprio come il nome suggerisce. Lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La camera era spaziosa, con un letto matrimoniale,comodo e tutti i comfort necessari. Inoltre, la colazione offriva una grande varietà.

C'era una gomma da masticare sul copriletto,bagni sporchi,muffa dappertutto,letti scomodi e cibo terrificante ad eccezione della colazione. Dall' entrata sembrava tutto perfetto ma non è così. Non sono mai stato in un albergo così. È da evitare assolutamente

Ho messo 2 stelle solo per la colazione che é davvero da 4 stelle , per quanto invece riguarda la camera ed il bagno sono indecentemente fatiscenti, addirittura il piatto doccia che perde e allaga il bagno , mai visto nulla del genere !!! Insufficiente anche la pulizia!

Molto soddisfatto per ciò che ha promesso. Quindi velocità e pulizia. Discreta colazione al mattino e comodo a Modena. Prezzo modico. Tutte le cose essenziali ci sono e sono ben organizzate. Il parcheggio c'è, la cortesia del personale pure. What else?
