Nice place, nice concept, nice people. The place is perfectly priced in an absurdly priced nonsense of a city.
People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena.
Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms...
So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.

Alessio gave us a lovely welcome, our room (Fellini) was very cute, the apartment has an excellent location and the breakfast brought to our room was so well prepared and very comprehensive. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and in Modena.

The staff is very nice. We stayed in the Duse room. The furniture is too large for the size of the room & made it hard to get around. There wasn’t any type of closet, so we had to store luggage in the extra room. The extra room did have a clothes rack with a few mix matched hangers. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bed pillows. The bathroom has a new shower that was nice but the shelf over sink was about to fall down & leaned really badly making it difficult to use. The worst part of the bathroom was definitely the cracked toilet seat! We had to cover it with a bidet towel to be able to use it. Breakfast is brought to your room and was good. No utensils provided, so unable to eat yogurt or cut up fruit.

l’unica nota positiva è la comodità del b&b … in pieno centro e parcheggio comodo !! stanza un po’ vecchiotta e da rivedere… non abbiamo dormito benissimo, troppo caldo!! 24 gradi senza possibilità di abbassare e regolare la temperatura.. abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte! 😅 per il resto tutto ok

Ottima struttura e staff disponibilissimo! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Jacovitti, ma di fatto è un appartamento completo! Colazione servita in camera e ticket per parcheggiare gratuitamente in zona! Consigliatissimo!! Lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici!!

Ottimo b&b nel centro d Modena. Hai tutto nel giro d 10/15 minuti. Fighissimo l'apt Jacovitti con arredamento anni 70...sembrava d stare in un film d Dario Argento dei tempi d'oro! Comoda la colazione direttamente in camera. Rapporto q/p molto elevato, da prendere sempre in considerazione!

Nonostante la camera fosse carina, devo dare un giudizio assolutamente negativo in quanto la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, come concordato, aspettavamo la colazione alle ore 9 ma nessuno si è presentato. Abbiamo cercato di contattare il titolare ma nulla... siamo riusciti a raggiungerlo solo telefonicamente ma nel frattempo era ora di andarsene... Inoltre lo stesso non ha comunicato la targa della mia autovettura alla polizia municipale (il fonticolo si trova in zona ZTL) e dopo 2 mesi ho ricevuto la multa! Questa incresciosa faccenda si è protratta per ben 10 MESI!!!!! Inaccettabile!!!!

Posizione strategica per chi vuole soggiornare in centro. Possibilità di avere pass per auto di accesso al centro storico, cosa non da poco, messo a disposizione gratuitamente dalla struttura con parcheggio incluso. Servizi impeccabili e gentilezza e massima disponibilità del gestire. Consigliatissimo
