A nice place to stay, not too far from Bologna where I was attending Cersaie, well located, clean with friendly staff, Room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of drinks hot and cold food. I have stayed in hotels in Italy many times and this was definitely one of the better stays. Hats off to the staff who were all friendly and efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was the late check in process, which was slow. When you’re tired after a long day traveling it was quite frustrating.

Just 2 minutes walkable from Modena Central station.. Surrounded by some good restaurants... Very cooperative and polite staff.. Housekeeping is excellent every day. What else do you need for a comfortable 8 days stay,..

This was our second visit to this charming small hotel in the heart of old Modena. Since our last visit, rather a few years ago, the style has changed to fashionable shabby chic. Not really our style, but all beautifully done with everything of the highest quality. Really great bed and bedding - so comfortable. And such a large room too, with every conceivable facility. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff who are on duty 24 hours. The garaging is brilliant and we were frequently in and out to get things from the car, which was no trouble at all Last time we discovered that satnav does not always work that well in the narrow streets, and guests’ permission to drive in the centre of the city is limited to just one route. The hotel now give very clear instructions for entrance and exit, which was a great help. Can more than recommend staying here if visiting lively Modena. There are, too, many good restaurants very close by - just a few steps away in some cases.

This hotel in good location on the edge of the old city. Our room large, light, quiet & comfortable. Good modern bathroom facilities. Breakfast magnificent with plenty of choice & top quality. All staff friendly & helpful. Unsecure wifi. Good value for money. Could do with more storage for clothes.

We stayed for a night in this hotel that is strategically located because near the motorway but also in the centre of Modena. Breakfast is very varied, there is everything and for everyone: sweet, salt, varied yoghurt, chelly products, fresh and packed bricks, cookies, cereals, different types of juice etc.. The bar provides all kinds of drinks (caffee, cappuccino, chocolate, milk). Professional, friendly and available staff. We were very good. Recommended!!

Nice place, nice concept, nice people. The place is perfectly priced in an absurdly priced nonsense of a city. People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena. Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms... So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.
