Active Alm Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located, just outside the center of Moena. The rooms are well furnished (even if the choice to leave the shower area without doors leaves some doubts). The food is more than decent, including afternoon snacks. The covered garage is convenient. These are the positive points of the structure. Then there is the rest. The rooms are cold and impersonal. An unjustified series of gray metal doors with panic bars and hanging paper signs obviously does not help. The stairs are cold, even climatically, with white walls and abundant presence of granite that seem more suited to a parking lot than a mountain hotel. To reach the "wellness & gym" area you have to pass in front of the bar area, in cold environments, without a minimum of privacy. Once you reach the "wellness & gym" area, go through the door with the panic bar, you find the swimming pool, which is small and therefore overcrowded, there is no space to change or dry your hair after the shower. The SPA area is integrated into the pool area, with a sauna and Turkish bath that directly overlook the pool edge; no space to relax and isolate yourself. The maids threw away, evidently considering them as garbage, beer caps that were lying on the bedside table among books and notebooks and that in reality were souvenirs for collection. Many difficulties were reported to the reception, but the person shrugged, attributing many difficulties to the recent opening and to phantom administrative difficulties. In short, a disappointment from many points of view and the doubt of how this structure, without even a sign, can boast of having 4 stars.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è andato tutto a meraviglia ad iniziare con una bella accoglienza da parte della reception. Le camere spaziose, luminose, noi avevamo quella con vista sulle splendide montagne, sempre pulite, in ordine. Letti confortevoli, per un buon relax, pur essendo poco distante dal centro di Moena, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi regnava il silenzio. Noi abbiamo sempre cenato in questo hotel poiché si mangia davvero bene, cibo curato, ottimo servizio al tavolo. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Ho trascorso la nostra settimana bianca in questo splendido hotel di montagna a Moena e non posso che condividere un’esperienza eccellente! La pulizia è impeccabile, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e ogni ambiente trasmette un senso di ordine e comfort. Il cibo, poi, è straordinario: ogni pasto è stato un viaggio tra i sapori autentici della cucina locale, con piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, al disponibilissimo Davide, per la loro accoglienza calorosa: sono persone gentili e sempre pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. Anche l'organizzazione dell’hotel è davvero notevole, puntuale e impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante tra le montagne! Un posto fantastico super accogliente soprattutto il direttore Davide una persona gentilissima ti fa sentire come a casa un hotel con tutti i servizi pulito e curato nei dettagli abbiamo trascorso il natale in totale relax lo consigliamo vivamente ci ritornerò .concetta e giuseppe dalla Svizzera.
