Everything was exceptional service room's and facilities we were there for wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special..... They arranged the cake and towel art in the room to make are anniversary special and memorable special thanks to Vandana for arranging all this...... We Will definitely visit again.......

It was great stay i really liked it the property is amazing specially the reception staff they were very helpful in my whole stay i was staying in room no 517 it was specious room . As i requested for a early check -in. Sa ndli from reception took our check-in at earliest They had accept all our small request It is not hotel for us it become home for me Thank you for all

Do not stay in this hotel. If you do then don’t use the lift or you will ne risking your life. When I left to check out, while i was in the lift going down, the electricity suddenly went out and the lift shaked and shuddered and stopped in the middle and I was trapped in the lift. I thought I was going to die! How can this be a normal daily situation? The electricity in this 5 star hotel goes off once every few hours! I’m sure I could not be the first person this happenned to. Even though i was trapped for “only” 5 minutes , how is that acceptable in any way for a 5 star hotel with an international brand name. If I had been a senior citizen or a child what could have happenned? I am not blaming the staff, I am blaming the management. Why dont you put the lifts on a dedicated 24-7 generator? And what terrible customer service- after my ordeal what compensation did they offer me? Only a glass of water! I demanded to speak with the manager but he was “in a meeting”… One day God forbid, someone will have a medical emergency or death because of this lift and you will all be thrown in jail for your negligence and incompetence.
