호텔위치는 평화광장에서 조금 떨어저 있고
주변이 번화가가 아니여서 조용하게 지낼수 있엇다
시설은 리모덜링한지 좀 됬으나 넖고 차장 밖으로
수로형태의 바닷가를 볼수있어 좋았다

청소상태 미흡(머리카락, 음식물 소스자국, 화장실 슬리퍼에 이물질이 가득 껴 있어서 사용불가), 담배 쩐내(방 전체와 침구류에서 심하게 남, 페브리즈 뿌려도 그때뿐임), 목포천변 소음(천변 수로의 방류소음이 밤새 들림), 실내 조명등 조절 스위치의 불빛이 침대 정면에서 계속 빛나서 수면방해 심함 (507호)
