不知道怎麼形容我的心情。住了這麼多次酒店。居然遇到了一個毛巾臟了讓我自己拿出去洗。如果不去洗就賠付他們毛巾錢。由於孩子上課怕來不及。最後賠付了36元。我想問一下毛巾不是給我們用的嗎？臟了，上面的污漬能洗掉，為什麼要賠錢呢？我掏乾洗費都不行。必須得賠付毛巾錢。我領個孩子上哪給你們洗毛巾？還有那個保潔擺一個臭臉。我們退房就不是客人了嗎？難道你們家衹做一次性的生意？太差勁了，不會去第2次。

房間很大 很暖和 樓下就有超市 購物也方便 價格的話在過年期間來看也很合理 打掃的也很及時 一次性洗漱用品也很齊全 下次還回再考慮預訂的！

當心讓你客賠不給換床單被罩臟一點就客賠。想去住的一定要沐浴更衣以後再睡，老闆也是社會人，挺有實力
