Very nice hotel with excellent service and meals (we had half board) - everything was fresh and delicous - big choice. The staff was very helpful and kind, ready to fulfill all our wishes. We got Sudtirol Guest Pass which was great for discovering the region - the bus stop is close to the hotel.

Clean. Delicious food! Pool, sauna 3x, whirlpool, fitness room and kids play room. The menegement is always ready to fulfill your extra wish. Brekfast from 7h to 10:15h and dinner from 19h till you finish. Be on time for dinner. P.S.: Resist the temptation to go for an extra plate of antipasti (it is realy difficult, they are delicius), because the other three courses are also fabulous.

This hotel was lovely, a C small family run hotel, perfect for our family. Everything is catered for the decor is beautiful, cleanliness fantastic. The owners cannot be more accommodating. If you doing eat dinner here or take half board your missing out the food was just fabulous.

We just returned from again a great vacation in hotel Vitaurina in the beautiful Ahrntal. We discovered this pearl back in 2007 and in the meantime we became regular guests. We’ve stayed here for 16 winter (ski/snowboard) vacations and 3 summer (mountainbike) vacations. Throughout the years the hotel has been upgraded constantly with beautiful rooms, a great wellness area and delicious Italian and Tiroler food. Thanks to Karin, Klaus their kids and the great staff we always feel welcome and “at home” the moment we walk in. The entire team is so helpful. The personal touch and flexibility is unmatched. Washing dirty mountainbike clothes, finding a beautiful cheese farm, pointing us to the right shops, helping out with medical needs and preparing local health drinks in case of illness … nothing is too much. You don’t even have to ask for help. Everything is offered spontaneously. We could not recommend this hotel more!!! 👌🏻😀

Quality, cleanliness, kindness... Excellent.. We will be back.. Thanks for the fantastic hospitality. They are all very friendly and kind and the cleanliness is impeccable. The wellness center is fantastic...must try.,....The prices are very good considering I was a guest for New Year's Eve

The room was very comfortable and the relaxation area was superb with sauna, hydromassage, swimming pool, Turkish bath, Kneipp path and quiet relaxation areas with sunbeds and deckchairs. Excellent and plentiful products for breakfast in the morning while in the evening, after a rich buffet of salads and courses have always been delicate and never excessive. I recommend it for both couples and families.

Personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Cucina ottima, colazione abbondante con ampia scelta dolce e salata, cena ottima e abbondante. Camera doppia grande con bagno nuovo, tutto molto accogliente e funzionale. Materasso un pò troppo morbido per i miei gusti. Bellissima spa completa di tutto, ampia, nonostante i molti ospiti non ho mai avuto la sensazione di ressa. Esperienza da ripetere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio navetta per le piste da sci proprio sotto l'albergo. Macchina parcheggiata fino alla ripartenza. 🔝

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti a febbraio e siamo stati benissimo. Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e pulitissime, come anche le terrazze. Ci sono piaciuti molto gli arredi, le tende, le tapparelle elettriche silenziose, i punti luce in camera. La ristorazione è veramente eccellente e possiamo dire che mettiamo questo hotel in cima alle nostre preferenze di sempre, non solo per la qualitò del cibo e per l'eccellente servizio , ma per come è strutturato l'hotel nella zona ristorazione, con delle piccole sale dove ci si sente veramente coccolati. Ottima la SPA e le saune anche se posso dire che non è il punto di forza perchè i posti in lettino sono un pò pochi a mio parere e manca una piscina o un idromassaggio all'esterno. In conclusione siamo stati veramente molto bene e speriamo di ritornare in questo splendido hotel.
