Too far from city u won’t find transport after 10 if u are planning to visit barcelona city
Located outside of Barcelona so ur travel pass doesn’t work so u have to pay extra to buses in cash
No customer service and the staff seems a bit unattended

Self service checked in due we arrived in the late afternoon. The lobby staff provided front desk service until 1400. Afterward the lobby was closed and we might enquiry through the internal telephone.
Our room was fine but there was no refrigerator, tea pot with tea or coffee. The staffs were helpful.
Hotel location was worse, far away from rail station. We took time and spend extra expense on transport. There were two supermarkets and some shops nearby the hotel.

The bathroom is clean and has a hairdryer and shower gel. The service staff are friendly and can speak English. The hotel provides breakfast, which includes a croissant, an apple and a bottle of water. The location is a bit remote, but there are supermarkets and express buses to Barcelona about 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They respond to your questions and are easy to understand.
The only thing that's not great is the transportation to Plaza Catalunya, but everything else is good.

Being renovated, it was a bit chaotic because there was no cafeteria, only one elevator was working, and the reception was in disarray. Otherwise, it was fine, with a large room and comfortable beds, but it could use some painting and renovation. The B&B next door was much better.

The room was terrible and very small, very noisy because it was right in front of the highway. The receptionist's service was not pleasant. The parking procedure was not good at all. In short, I do not recommend it.
