There is a grandmother who needs to be taken care of by a wheelchair. The hotel and the zoo's overall barrier-free facilities are very comprehensive. Very smooth and happy~   At 4 o'clock we can finally go back to the room to rest! We live in a giraffe room, two people live in a long lemur room, and the giraffe room has a room at 4 o'clock. The administrator has a giraffe to take pictures. The giraffe room can see giraffes and deer, lemur rooms, The lemur is just outside the glass window of the room, and it’s especially cute to see people coming over and selling! We can also see the lion on the window terrace of the No. 2 lemur house. The hotel is open at 6 o'clock~ These two hours are free activities, and the zoo can visit the aquarium. Dinner🍝   Dinner is a fine dinning mode, a lot of glutinous nuts will be very particular about changing a good-looking clothes, drinking wine and snacks at the open bar on the terrace at 6 o'clock, red wine, white wine, champagne beer, the wine here is a good wine, like to drink The pot friends can open their hearts~ But you have to remember that this meal has to be eaten at 10 o'clock in the evening... Don't get drunk in advance.   At 7 o'clock in the evening, I will have a big table with people I don't know. It is very important to master the foreign chat technology. Unfortunately, we have wood, and it is a bit tired this day, so we are suffering from bitterness, ingredients and taste. They are very delicious and fresh! Still tired ~   After the night, the zoo can't move around at will, so we can go back to the room in the main building of the hotel, but the tiger room and the giraffe room, the room is in the zoo, waiting for the car to be sent back, the basic hotel unless you are the same Stay in the main building, otherwise you will not be able to arbitrarily smash the door.    The next day   Although there is a very rich Western breakfast in the morning, there is a zoo tour at 8 o'clock, so if you don't want to miss it, you have to fill out the breakfast form the day before and choose the sandwich you want to eat (in the room bed, fill it in for dinner) staff member).   In the morning, except for a small part that I saw yesterday, I mainly saw tiger lion rhinoceros, giraffes, and feeding deer alpaca. Then check out~ If you want to experience a few more animals, you can live for a few more days~ However, this hotel I think if you want to live, you can choose your favorite animal room, and English must be good~ Otherwise you will feel tired and boring~ The person staying at the hotel is still a foreigner!

Everything was very nice, the apartment was cleaned, nice location….But they put us in the apartment where they have construction right behind the apartment. We were travel long way from Melbourne to Canberra, we hope that we can rest well after long day drive and get up late in the morning a bit before another long way to go. 7am next day when we all still sleeping, the construction started and very noisy, we couldn’t sleep anymore and have to check out early because the noise of it. We went down and let the reception staff know about it, they said sorry and will let manager know about the situation and will get back to me, that’s all. After 1 week no one at the hotel contact back or say anything about that bad service. If they know that the construction behind will start early and it can affect to the customers, at least they should let’s the customers know about that and choose we will stay or go to somewhere else, not just give us the room and say nothing about that.

What an amazing stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and a lot of thought put into what we would need as travellers. Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Best meals I’ve had in a long time. The issue we had was difficulty with check in. There is not a ‘person’ there to help with anything. We will definitely be back again!

A little distance from the city centre. I am self-driving and it doesn't matter. The facilities are very convenient, as well as bbq equipment. A lot of foreigners have stopped a variety of motorhomes. There are sports venues and children's rides.

location not in the City Hall but near the university so easy to find the food and supermarket nearby. parking is only 12 dollars for multiple entries which is very good. room is very clean and modern. just the shower area the shower screen is a bit shorter. should install a glass panel door connected to the shower screen, so then the water won't splash out. wifi is fast and stable the bed is comfortable as well. staff is very friendly Breakfast is not at the standard, even the coffee machine was not functional but overall was a good stay.

The staff was kind. I think the hotel restaurant is not bad, so I am satisfied. The room was clean and tidy.

This is not available in ordinary hotels; the room is very quiet, and I don’t think the sound insulation is bad (maybe it’s off-season?), the hotel’s hygiene is very good, the room supplies are very clean, and slippers, toothbrushes and other accessories are not necessary. But the hotel provides it free of charge according to the needs of the guests, and you can ask for it at the front desk. The downside is that the light in the guest room is too dark (the patrons are pursuing a sense of design), and guests need to look bright! Also, all the door touches in the guest room don't work well.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

This hotel is next to the Australian National University. We attended the graduation ceremony of my daughter's master's degree. The stay was very convenient and comfortable. There are special restaurants and bars in the hotel.
