I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The food was also so delicious. I checked in on my birthday and I happened to mention while checking it at the from desk. The hotel was kind enough to surprise me with cake at dinner. That absolutely made my day. Forever grateful for that .
The only issue was that there was a lot of furniture in the room making it cramped up yet it was a spacious room . The hotel can also improve on cleanliness in unseen places such as under the beds and tables. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel their rates are pretty reasonable and there’s value for money.

The key highlight of my stay were the staff,they were super friendly and ready to help...I loved the beach view,the ambience and food especially the soup.Its a chilled spot away from noise,suits family set-up or rather someone who yearns a quiet time...

I had an amazing time with my family. The ambiance was top-notch, and our porter, Rashid, was very friendly—he explained everything in the room and guided us around the surroundings. The food was absolutely mouth-watering, and the waitstaff, Christine and Faith, took excellent care of us. They were both friendly and professional. However, the only disappointing aspect was the lack of a baby pool. My child didn’t get a chance to swim because the main pool was full of adults. Unfortunately, if I’m visiting with my child again, I might consider a different place due to this. Overall, everything else was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I don't like giving 5 stars to hotels because they subsequently increase their rates as they approach 5-star status, but I have to make an exception for this. The staff: they were really amazing and very helpful, our little voy got very comfortable around them all. The food: I have 0 complains about the food. Everything was perfect. Rooms: They were clean, they gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the ocean instead of garden, the AC was working great. Just make sure you put the right setting i.e. mode to "cool" and fan auto. The only uncomfortable thing I found on the room is that the Condensor unit is on the balcony, so when the AC is on you can't sit on the balcony. Heat will kill (not literally) you. The location: Y'all know it's liit. If you want an honest guy to take you to those water sports things safely, ask for Shuku (aka Zawadi) he's calm and honest (in my 3 days of knowing him opinion). Finally: if you don't know how to swim, go to the pool daily, the instructor knows his ways.

The staff was welcoming at first....talk about how they ushered us warmly and without delay into our rooms ....They served us delicious meals on time....I mean very healthy food I loved it...the swimming pool was top tier and security was also very intact.

Plaza Beach Hotel is the best place to be. If planing to go out with,family,Business and any other activity then Plaza beach is the right place to be.Yes I recommend any one to this Magnificent Hotel,,Come one come all,, The workers of this Hotel are professionals from the gate to everywhere in the facility
