Pet friendly Hotels Mombasa

Stayed here for 3 nights on holidays. I cant understand some of the reviews to be honest. My room was beautiful, huge bed, tv worked and the shower was great ( hot water too) This is Kenya and people forget that. I had some problems with wi-fi and the hotel needs to address that. The pool area is nice but they are still finishing off some new rooms at the front. Some noise.Great views while eating breakfast looking at the Indian ocean. They need more sunbeds around the pool. I found the staff around the pool to be super friendly and the breakfast good. When the work is finished it will be brilliant. I would stay here again without question. Thank you staff at Ziwa for a nice stay.

My special thanks for the nice stay. Excellent service team who treated all of us nicely. No single complaint. Good ambience for family and not crowded. Excellent security response. Nice swimming pool and restaurant within the premises and good food with excellent room service on call. Would suggest upgrade on fridge to new one though the old one still worked (may just be my apartment as I didn't sample the others). Secondly, kindly have functioning keys for all indoor rooms though security was never an issue. Thirdly air conditioning and fans were nice in the bedrooms but would suggest you add air con in addition to the already installed fans in the living room. (This may also just have been my apartment). The above is just to give my honest 4 star review with customer feedback which I believe will be sorted. Looking forward to coming back. The location is peaceful. An older facility, somewhat run-down, but clean and orderly. Would suggest a bit more attention to beautifying the grounds, plastering and painting at the gate. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable. A/C working well. Shower brought warm water eventually. We had a room service each day with fresh towels and bottles of water. TV was fine but not an internet TV. wi-fi was a bit spotty and slow. Room opened up to a nice patio which overlooked the pool. The patio is shared with another room. In our case there was a fairly lively family next door. The pool is well maintained and pool area is pleasant. It is a shallow pool throughout.
