First of all, it's all okay for the GP weekend. However, maybe someone should have mentioned that there is a beach club right in front of the Hotel with DJs playing all night long!!
Secondly, this Hotel is never 4-star. The facilities are old, and some rooms look aged—the paint comes off. The gym is average at best. There is only a Sauna, no Steam, etc.
Breakfast is good and service there is good too.

Hotel is in quite a good location, however seems old and outdated. Of course, being Monaco, the price is still outrageous, though we were staying on Friday and Saturday night. €8 for a can of a coke is a bit of a joke though.

There is a beach, and we were given a sea view room, which is really beautiful. Monaco is really nice. This hotel is very cost-effective in Monaco. The food is also good, and the restaurant manager is very good👍
