Very friendly, welcoming staff, some going the 'extra mile' to make us feel pampered...shout outs especially to Hichem (the best head waiter, carrying our plates, laying out our usual drinks and making a beautiful table display for our birthday lunch) and Hakeem with his special lemon cocktail! Food without doubt, unbelievably good with wide choices. Meals over the week included red mullet, sea bream, grouper, various chicken, turkey, beef and lamb dishes, tasty fruit and vegetables, home baked cookies...the list goes on and on. Best drinks for us were fresh mojitos (made by Saleem?), but these cocktails were unfortunately taken off the bar menu on our last day...but were very popular with guests! Entertainment was by the energetic animation team. Unfortunately the beach is not great and about 10mins walk, with lots of plastic pollution, but pool area just about sufficient outside of peak season. Internal paint scheme very depressing, doors poor finish, lift very temperamental and corridors not well lit.

What a great place, clean rooms with fresh towels daily. Pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. Pool bar has great food and the main restaurant has some thing for everyone, I highly recommend any of the beef dishes. The staff are always happy and willing to help. The beach isn't great, lots of rubbish, however we still managed spend some time there, I like the fact that there is life guards and security covering this section of the beach. Entertainment was great, with something on every evening. Oh yeah, the bar staff dont hold back on the measurements, so if you like a strong cocktail then this is the place for you. All round great value for what we paid. The sellers at the Pool get a bit annoying but it doesn't help that my wife loves to chat and act interested in what they're selling just to wind me up.

The animation team are amazing very very helpful and very polite could not do enough for us, always smile always very help in any situation and made the holiday very fun, plenty of games and activities to keep us entertained. Mimi was very kind and always made time to come and talk and join in what we were doing. 😘😘😘

I found Tunisian people incredibly friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm, non pushy and humble. I haven't experienced such a high level of customer service. The animation team were superb - energetic (without being pushy), open, inviting, hard working and good fun all round. They really made the trip and I'd come just again for the atmosphere. The food is excellent. The hotel amenities are a bit tired in places but it is low season. The TUI app won't working well and the transfer here was very delayed.

Where to start, hotel lovely and clean. Great food , great room. Air conditioning wasn't on which was the one only real complaint. Best experience of all was the happy polite staff, our stay was made special especially by our day server Haykel Saidane, who was outstanding , friendly and knowledgeable.. he is an asset to the hotel.

I went for a beach holiday with my adult son with additional needs and this hotel was advertised as best for beach The beach was unusable no drinks available/ beach bar on beach a few sunbeds in place 3 security guards sat in the avaliable sunbeds got up when we got there it’s quite a long walk not the 309m advertised where you are hassled in the walk down by taxis and pint and carts we only went to the beach once and no one was there The hotel it ls self was fab can’t fault it except the mini golf is also not there anymore although advertised The staff where fab couldn’t do enough for you that goes for all staff, food was fab always plenty of choice and hot Room was comfortable but no air con till mid June so quite warm we moved from our first room as our view as the back of the entertainment stage 1211 Flies in fruit in room so we didn’t eat it also room warm food left out for our late arrival we also didn’t eat as didn’t know how long it had been out as we where delayed. Water and tolitres not replenished in the rooms

My first time in Tunisia. Everything is beautiful. The hotel, the staff, the food. The most beautiful thing in the hotel is Iskandar the barman. He is a perfect person It was a fun vacation. I loved Tunisia very much. I will be back soon. Greetings to all.

I came here by myself and I never felt alone because of the amazing animation team! Everyday with a smile and fun activities :) Nice weather, nice room & a very nice Dj :) The whole staff was super friendly, big thanks to you all ! I will come here again!
