Welcomed with a drink and someone took our cases to our rooms Then it all went Down hill from then Room was described by the receptionist the best room in the hotel Mattresses were so uncomfortable could feel every spring, dirty Mattress protectors Sheets/ towels were meant to be white they were yellow as they were so old, one even had blood on. Rugs down each side of bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Bathroom didn't have attachment for the shower head to hold to, the bath had been resiliconed around the edge serval times and they dirt sat in top cracked tiles & floor tiles. The place smelt like sewage. No Air-Con as they turned it off apparently Restaurant One Row of food, spaghetti bolognaise Every night, Fish with there Eyes still in, some mince slop Some sort of Potatoes & chicken kebab meat with Breads Desserts same 5 cakes every night & day fruit Apple or orange Plates wasn't washed properly still had grease on and all chipped Bar had plastic cups and was collected from tables stacked together and run under the water. Female toilet had a bucket/ Bin in the middle of the room as there was a leak from the ceiling. We had to buy new bedding, sheets & pillow cases & cups to drink out & food Nothing to do within the hotel, in rainy days everyone sat in the lobby looking miserable( and I don't blame them) This place was the pitts reminded me off a YMCA Hostel LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for advising this hotel. Maybe you need to do your research before advising again. Also the staff members beg u to make a good review and the entertainment Guy wanted us to do it in front of him.

Very nice place. Hanin it’s the best worker ever, very professional and friendly person, she always help us with everything. We want to come back soon. Food it’s very diversified and every one can found something preferable. Miss you HANIN, hopefully we will see you next summer again

The hotel was lovely and all the staff is polite and very inclusive they speak many different languages so they can include everyone in activities and the hotel is very nice and clean the animation staff is very good with children of all ages and even get the adults involed it is a lovley place to go a family holiday

The hotel is lovely and all the animation team was lovely the rooms where clean and the staff was amazing they all were so welcoming and friendly they are brilliant with little kids and inclusive with everyone they speak many diffrent languages and the atmosphere was lovely
