The view of the hotel is acceptable, but the service needs improvement in many aspects. The rental of the swimming pool needs to be rented separately, which is particularly inconvenient. It is not convenient to eat nearby. The hotel's own buffet has various requirements. Customers are given hand straps of different colors. The plastic buckles cannot be taken off. Thank you to all the staff of Royal Thalassa Monastir - all of them are very nice, kind, responsive people, ready to help always and with a smile. Thanks to the reception staff for the wonderful welcome and accommodation in apartment 428. The view is unique!!! Thank you to the girls, who clean our rooms every day, to the guys in the restaurant and bars, who work tirelessly to make the guests feel good. Many thanks to the people in the kitchen for their efforts to offer delicious food. There is always something to choose from, even if you don't like everything - you won't go hungry. Before I made the reservation, I read a lot of reviews - some positive, some quite negative. I can say that I have not for a moment regretted choosing this hotel. I received wonderful treatment from everyone and enjoyed my vacation. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and with the help of the staff we organized a surprise for him. I have been in many hotels in different countries - both in very expensive chains and in cheaper ones as well. At Royal Thalassa, I was impressed by the attitude towards the guests, and that is really the most important thing. Definitely recommend and would happily come back P.S. We spent 7 nights All Inclusive holiday from 14th to 21st July 2024, 4 adults and a 2 years old child.

We visited Royal Thalassa Monastir for our wedding anniversary. The resort was wonderful with a stunning beach. Rooms were slightly outdated and very very basic. Staff were friendly, special shout out to Fethi in reception for his outstanding service. Resort is far from the main town but the resort offers a free shuttle service . Massage at the spa was professional and clean. Breaky had a great variety.

Is my first time in Royal Thalassa Monastir and no complaints. We celebrated the 55 birthday of my wife and we ate at the Mona a la carte restaurant, the service was amazing and they treat us so good. The staff friendly. Especially Monji un restaurant. We were in 422 the room was spacious and clean. Even the gardeners were so nice and every day they gave me flowers and make my day. We are planning already to come back to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We highly recommend the hotel.

It was a very nice experience. The people are so kind, and after a few days they know what’s your favourite drink. The beach is amazing it’s very clear and clean. Basically, you can walk very far. The rooms are really very clean and very quiet. The guests are also friendly and it’s perfect for compass and family

The hotel staff was professional and welcoming. However, I am extremely disappointed with the sanity of my room, leaky roof, blocky bathtub and holey bed crap, which smells like the room and bed. there were no night or day entertainment or entertainment. This is not a 5 star hotel, but an acceptable 3 star.
