Pros: Great pool, spacious modern rooms with several balconies, beautiful location. Cons: not cheap, a 5 minute drive to Monemvasia for dinner. The place was luxurious with not that many guests. We used it as a base to visit Monemvasia and Elafonisos. Fabulous seaside scenery.

I had to cancel my stay at short notice due to a health complication. Sempre Viva Suites refunded me in full even though I was outside the cancellation window and they didn’t need to. I appreciated it so much and think it is a wonderful reflection on them. We will visit next year and this hotel will be first on my list!

Amazing personal service, everything brand new & clean & tasteful & spacious. Cool breakfast arrangement. Cool pool. Convenient location near, but outside the castle. Wouldn't want to have stayed in the castle anyway with all its hustle... Just what was needed for a perfect short stay in Monemvasia! Big thanks to Sempre Viva Suites!!!

Super sejour en famille dans cet hotel flambant neuf à 3,4 km du site de Monemvassia. Suites familiales juste immenses et modernes, trés bien pensées (2 balcons, cuisine, rangements), travaux luxueux, huile d’olive et gateaux locaux offerts à l’arrivée. Propriété très calme, belle piscine, parking. Certainement la meilleure option dans le coin pour visiter Monemvassia. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Je ne mets pas 5* à cause du petit déjeuner (qui pourrait etre amélioré) et du manque de charme du lieu (batiments non typiques) mais il faut vraiment etre difficile…

L’hébergement est luxueux (peignoirs, chaussons, coffret de bienvenue) et très spacieux. La piscine est très belle, un maître nageur surveille la piscine. Accueil de qualité, décoration très soignée. Pour le prix ce qui manque : des chaînes longues sur les balcons, on ne comprend pas les balcons vides. Le petit déjeuner servi dans les hébergements est une aberration pour l’écologie tant il y a d’emballages. Bien situé pour visiter Monemvasia et aller à Elafonisos.

Séjour qui aurait été super agréable, appartement, équipement, piscine, transat, résidence superbe, sans la disparition dans l’appartement des AirPods de mon fils sur son lit pendant une absence de 2h30 et pendant cette ce temps là chambre a été faite

Avevo guardato un po’ di hotel ma non avevo trovato quello che cercavo . Monenvassia non é facile . Questi sono dei nuovissimi appartamenti con cucina che noi però per 2 notti non abbiamo utilizzato ,molto spaziosi e ben costruiti con tutto il necessario . Bellissima piscina che abbiamo utilizzato ,bellissime piante molto curato e molto silenzioso siamo stati molto bene . Lo consiglio ottima posizione per visitare la zona

Après avoir passés 3 jours dans cet hôtel nous avons que de bon souvenirs. Les chambres sont propres nettoyer tt les jrs. Personnel très professionnel, , nous regrettons de réserver que 3 jours. Nous reviendrons certainement l'été prochain. la perfection Merci
