For our own apartment in a centuries-old city complex we paid very reasonable rates for a magical stay. Breakfast is provided by a cafe next door— lots of delicious choices and a lovely shaded patio to enjoy it in. Apartment has a kitchenette and nice bathroom, two AC units that kept us cool, a comfortable bed and windows with plenty of light if we wanted it. Wish we had booked more than two nights! Short path to a rock shelf for easy swimming access. We will be back!

During our stay in the castle of Monemvasia we passed by Ritsos’ house. The house where the well-known poet lived for a large part of his life and it is fully renovated.Definitely worth to be visited if you happen to find yourself at this beautiful fortress.

You can't be in Monemvasia and not stay at Ritsos/ Malvazia hotel. We had the loft for a family of 4 and it was just perfect for out needs: quiet, very clean, everyday they tidy up our room, the breakfast was incredible. The buffet was delicious and very filling and was included in the really good price. The breakfast balconies offered a unique view of the sea. Lovely receptionists, lovely personnel, very friendly, very open and dedicated in making our stay an incredible one. We extended our booking for 4 more days because we loved it so much. An ideal place to unwind with a unique magical energy. I'll be staying there every time i visit, absolutely perfect,both people and place.

Το δωμάτιο μύριζε κλεισούρα. Το κρεββάτι σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι διπλό, αλλά «εναμισαρι». Με δυσκολία κοιμούνται δυο νορμαλ σε κιλα άνθρωποι. Στο ντουζ υπήρχαν σημεία με μούχλα（κάτω απο το προστατευτικό τζάμι）. Ο νιπτήρας ήταν βουλωμένος. Η TV πολύ μικρή. Η ντουλάπα μυρίζε εντομοκτόνο για σκόρο. Ειναι χωμένο μέσα στα στενάκια της Μονεμβασιας, τα οποία το βράδυ δεν φωτίζονται καλά. Χωρις θέα, ισόγειο. Το μονο καλό είναι το μέγεθος του δωματίου. Η κοπελα στη ρεσεψιόν, εντελώς αδιάφορη. Στο πρωινό την ακούσαμε να κουτσομπολεύει συγχωριανούς της μεγαλόφωνα. Δεν το συνιστώ.

Πανέμορφος, ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας, σε ήσυχο, γραφικό σοκάκι του Κάστρου, προς τη θάλασσα, πολύ κοντά στη πλατεία με το κανόνι. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με τις αποσκευές! Γενικά, οι διαδρομές μέσα στη Καστροπολιτεία γίνονται σε λιθόστρωτα σοκάκια με σκαλιά! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο! Και βέβαια, δεν είναι τυχαίο που όλοι αναφέρουν "Το καφενείο"! Είναι ακριβώς κάτω από τον Ξενώνα και είναι σε στυλ παραδοσιακού καφενείου, όπου εκεί σερβίρεται το πρωϊνό. Απίστευτη εμπειρία! Από τα καλύτερα πρωϊνά που έχω φάει, και όχι μόνο στην Ελλάδα! Πλούσιο, όλα χειροποίητα, και βέβαια ΦΡΕΣΚΟΣΤΙΜΜΕΝΗ πορτοκαλάδα. Το προσωπικό άψογο και πολύ ευγενικό! Ευχαριστούμε για τις φωτογραφίες! Θα ξανάρθουμε!

Λοιπόν τα πράγματα έχουν ως εξής. Πρόκειται για λίθο χτιστά κτίσματα τύπου ξενώνες με σοφίτα και έχουν ωραίο στιλ με vintage χαρακτήρα. Στα αρνητικά είναι η απόσταση από την είσοδο του κάστρου και η δυσπροσιτη θέση του ξενωνα. Αν έχετε παιδιά κλείνετε εκτός κάστρου με πολύ χαμηλότερη τιμή της τάξης τψν 40

Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer im Guesthouse, welches für unsere Ansprüche aber völlig genügte. Es ist aufgrund des hohen Alters der Häuser natürlich ein wenig hellhörig. Ansonsten waren wir aber rundum zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Der Service war unglaublich freundlich und wir haben uns stets wohlgefühlt in diesem umwerfenden Ort. Das Frühstück, welches in einem anderen Haus gebucht werden kann, war lecker und preislich super. Wir werden wiederkommen! :)
