NOT a place for families with young children, they are not accommodating and some staff were borderline rude. I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel at all… Staff member at breakfast told us on our third day to “be careful how much food we take from the buffet” she had been monitoring us the two days prior and felt the need to comment that my children (3yr and 5yr) hadn’t finished everything on the previous days! Only thing to do with kids is go to the outdoor pool (they’re not allowed in the indoor pool) but there is no pool service and you’re not allowed to take a drink with tourists to the pool….they are just not well prepared to be hospitable the way a 4 star hotel should be. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and menu in the bistro was good.

We stayed at the Relais des Vigiers for our wedding anniversary: Perfect stay! Relaxing place, magnificent rural site and golf course. Spacious, bright room, with a view of the golf course. A special attention for our wedding anniversary was left on the desk. In the evening, at the Brasserie le Bistrot des Vigiers, we enjoyed the meal with a view of the lake and the illuminated castle. The introduction to golf as a couple in the morning was perfect! The staff is very welcoming and discreet. A perfect weekend getaway to relax and recharge your batteries. A big thank you from Patrick and Sylvie.

Très belle chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, grande douche, peignoirs, chaussons, parapluie à disposition, vue sur le golf, SPA espaces propres, detente assurée. Petit bemol: réveil anticipé suite au début de tonte avant 7h30. A refaire.

Hôtel au calme avec vue sur le golf. La chambre est grande, agréable et propre. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Grand plan de travail pour poser toutes les affaires de toilette. La chambre dispose d’un balcon qui est commun avec les autres chambres. Seule une petite barrière de bois les sépare. Pas de possibilité d’avoir un peu d’intimité. Nous avons été gênés par les voisins qui jouaient bruyamment aux cartes. Le plancher est à claire-voie ce qui est gênant aussi. Vous suivez sans le vouloir la conversation des voisins du dessous. Ce serait un plus de revoir l’aménagement du balcon. Nous avons été aussi perturbés par un bruit de soufflerie. J’ai appelé la réception mais je n’ai pas eu de retour. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner un peu déçu par le personnel pas très aimable. Et il est très désagréable de déjeuner dans le bruit. Le personnel débarrasse et remet en place les tables sans arrêt. La salle est très haute de plafond et cela raisonne énormément. Sinon le buffet est bien garni. Nous avons diné 3 fois au bistrot des Vigiers. Bonne cuisine, personnel très agréable mais salle un peu bruyante. Golf agréable. Hôtel à refaire.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam vanaf minuut 1. Het domein bevindt zich op een unieke locatie. Ideaal voor een rustig verblijf. Zeer ruime kamers, met alle benodigdheden aanwezig (koffie, thee, badkamerproducten...) Ook de goed werkende airco was een zegen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, overal dezelfde rustige sfeer, die echt een vakantiegevoel gaf. Elke avond diner genomen in de Bistro van Les Vigiers. Uitstekende keuze en goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.
