I have eaten at the Hotel many times over the last few years and its always been excellent. Sadly a group of us went last week and it was awful. The food was cold, over cooked and some quite disgusting. I had an avocado and salmon starter which had very little avocado or salmon and was mainly very soggy tomato, my fish was also soggy , over cooked and cold. My friends mashed potato was obviously made from powdered potato and had a thick dry skin. When she complained they just removed the potato and gave her back the cold meat on its own ! We complained to the receptionist as we were leaving , who didn't seem to care! There are many excellent places for a menu del dia in Monforte so I wont ve going back!

Hotel muy limpio y bien atendido, está justamente en el centro de Monforte, el baño y las habitaciones son amplias y modernas tiene garaje privado con acceso directo al hotel con un coste adicional de 10€, y un restaurante que está encima del Río

Nos alojamos en Monforte de Lemos porque es la capital de la Ribera Sacra y desde aquí ibámos a todos los sitios que queríamos visitar. El Hotel nos sorprendio para muy bien, la hatación era grandísima, la cama igual, con vistas al río. La verdad que si tenemos que volver sin duda sería el hotel donde alojarnos.

Hemos reservado un par de habitaciones. Nos dieron una doble estándar y otra doble superior. Ambas son muy semejantes. La diferencia es que una da al pueblo y la superior da al rio Cabe, con vistas a un remanso y a unos patos. Por la estándar pagamos con desayuno, 90 euros, lo que la hace muy razonable, y por la superior, nos cobraron 110 euros, es decir, pagamos veinte euros mas, por ver unos patos en un río, lo que me parece un despropósito. Y salvo este "detalle", son habitaciones muy cómodas, bien insonorizadas, personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo

Hemos pasado 2 noches en este hotel de Monforte de Lemos, moderno y céntrico. Habitación acogedora y espaciosa. Camas cómodas con buenos colchones (Sonpura). Total aislamiento de ventanas. Con ducha, en vez de bañera, lo cual se agradece. Nuestra habitación con vistas al río Cabe. Personal atento. El restaurante (con opinión en apartado Restaurantes) muy recomendable. Nos ofrecieron visita guiada desde el hotel para clientes alojados por 10 euros x persona que estuvo muy entretenida. La verdad que todo a estado a nuestro gusto y recomendamos este hotel y su restaurante 100%.

Nos ha parecido un hotel bastante bien adaptado a los tiempos actuales y perfectamente ubicado. Trato agradable con el personal y habitaciones amplias y cómodas al menos en nuestro caso. Tenemos toda la idea de volver en cuánto sea necesario. Gracias
