Close proximity from the custom/port as its just few minutes walk. Makes it really easier for people who needs to enter China or Vietnam, or vice versa. The staff also spoke Mandarin considering the proximity to China.

First of all, the facilities are good for the low price. There is a market and a Vietnam/China border immigration office nearby. The staff were very friendly and nice, but the massage shop on the 6th floor seems to be not so good.

There is no socket in the room, so you can only use the bathroom. All services in the hotel do not accept mobile payment, only RMB cash. Absolutely quiet at night. There is a small shopping mall next to it with a coffee shop, CGV cinema, Li Ning, Anta, and Adidas counters. The tallest building in Mong Street, 200 meters away from the port.
