"Very close to the port. The lobby is also quite grand. Overall, I feel that there is still a big gap compared with domestic five-star hotels, but it is worth the price. The TV never worked, but I didn't watch it anyway. The staff can speak some Chinese and are quite friendly."

"The counter staff was excellent! The hotel is in a good location, and there are many food and grocery stores within 10 minutes.
It is recommended to bring your own toothbrush, the toothbrush provided by the hotel will always shed hair, but everything else is OK!"

"the hotel is located near to the international border crossing, walking distance. there is also a vincom plaza next to the hotel. this is very convenient for shopping and meals. there are many eateries around too. the buffet breakfast is quite a spread, very delicious. the weasel coffee is the highlight, chocolaty and rich. it's not as caffeinated as normal coffee. the staff are friendly and helpful, i left my wooden fan in the room and they helped to retrieve it. the environment is pleasing and comfortable. too bad the swimming pool was closed for maintenance because of a storm, quite a nice pool."

"The hotel is centrally located, convenient for transportation. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Friendly staff, change to corner room upon request. Next to the hotel is a karaoke bar, so if you stay in rooms 01-04, it will be a bit noisy."

AA-junThe setting is insufficient, the service attitude is very good, the sound insulation effect is really not very good, the hotel is in a good location, just next to the main entrance of the port, it is very convenient to enter and exit, and the hygiene is okay. I didn’t order breakfast, so I don’t know how the food is. The security staff is very Friendly, I will continue to book this hotel if I have another chance in the future
