Hotel looks as though it's recently received a renovation. Most of the hotel looks fresh & new. Hotel staff very helpful & friendly. Restaurant served lovely food although dinner menu lacked vegetables & varied salad choices. Outdoor swimming pool, too cold to use in May. Rear of the hotel (our balcony) was a bit of an eye sore😞 needs tidying up. Garden area available. Wellness centre not available due to renovations. We were offered the experience at their other hotel but it wasn't a good experience 😔. Hot tub was only Luke warm. Relaxation area was cold temperature.

This hotel is nothing like a 4-star hotel except for the very attentive staff. Comfortable bedding but a bare minimum of storage, small bathroom and microscopic shower. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful but not of the quality ☹️. A "guesthouse" type restaurant unworthy of a 4-star hotel. The restaurant counter serves as a bar. The swimming pool is pleasant despite the immediate and noisy proximity of the neighboring campsite. The kiosk where you can have lunch only serves salads or toast without flavor. I agree with the previous comments under the heading "disappointment"

I stayed in this facility for 3 days, a terrible experience. Abysmal value for money: I paid for a 4-star hotel and I was treated like a guesthouse. Very old rooms with obsolete furnishings - food that was inedible to say the least, we often returned our plates still full (in a 4-star hotel the dessert was a slice of watermelon), breakfast with little choice and very poor quality where you have to slalom between empty tables (but where is the organization?), presence of an external kiosk in the pool area that is really dirty and dilapidated (you stand in front of the kiosk and the staff, if all goes well, arrives after 10 minutes) and lacking in everything (only 1 type of ice cream, only piadina or toast for a whopping 12 euros, boiling prosecco...). Small pool with poorly maintained and dirty water.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Very convenient private parking, the staff is friendly and, not to be overlooked, you eat very well, both at breakfast with hot dishes freshly prepared by the chef and at dinner with a choice of some dishes which it was a shame not to be able to try them all. The rooms are nice and bright (we had a lake view room), there is also a nice swimming pool but it wasn't yet hot enough to use it. The best of the best is the view from the room, indescribable with a view over the entire lake up to Sirmione, it alone would be worth the holiday.
