Unit B (beach): Fully furnished (Historic feel), kitchen fully equipped. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen. This is a second floor unit. You must climb one flight of stairs (12steps) to enter the space.

We are just 40 minutes away from Manhattan by ferry. This section of Highlands has some of the last true bungalow communities. Highlands is a picturesque seaside town and the gateway to Sandy Hook. Highlands also boasts renowned beaches, top-notch restaurants, a lively nightlife scene, and outdoor activities. Major county park in town with bike and hiking trails. Two Lighthouses to explore minutes away. Highlands is minutes from New York City ferry, Sandy Hook / Sea Bright / Long Branch beaches, and many hiking/biking trails. Lovely beachfront
This was a delightful fine. Yes, there is age to the property and yes, parking is not the best. However, you absolutely cannot beat the location. A great backyard with beach access. It’s just lovely back there. Its proximity to Sandy Hook and great eateries is unparalleled. Perfectly clean with very nice amenities. Perfect for our use which was a sleeping place for our daily excursions. I do recommend.

Cheap, cheerful, & great host!
Rob, host extraordinaire of Little Haven Bungalows, went out of his way to make sure our trip went off without a hitch. He was communicative before we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. This no frills accommodation was clean, well stocked, and the AC cold! Check-in and out was easy and we encountered no issues. Cute outdoor area BBQ / lounge, access to water toys, and private beach!

Comfortable and quiet 2nd floor apartment with access to beach just a few steps away.

Owner as very responsive and friendly, and so was his daughter. Location is nice right by the water. The town is nice. Bakery & coffee shop in walking distance.
Dishes dirty, floor dirty. Apartment pretty old (what we knew), but also pretty run down. Kitchen utensils very limited, don’t plan to cook big dinner.

A weekend in December
Robert allowed me to check in at 2 instead of 4 which was a big help. I enjoyed the location of the property. The unit was clean. Parking is a bit tight on those streets. Had to walk a few houses down to park in a parking lot. Not a big deal. The fire pit was a nice touch with the views of the city. Robert has probably one of the best views in Atlantic Highlands.
