The rooms at the first floor are unsuitable for people over 180 cm! Especially the bathrooms where the ceiling is even lower!! Other than that - a very nice stay. Almost privet pool. Reasonably good pizza place on premises. Haven't tried the restaurant, but the location looks promising.

I have no comments regarding the place it self. It was cozy, clean and perfectly matching our requirements. Great location but the car is necessary. The service was generally ok. Again no high expectations however the people working there should review their attitudes. In a few words: rude, unfriendly, unprofessional with no clue about how to operate in the hospitality business. Last advice, review the positioning of your establishment, learn the difference between suite and regular bedroom and with it pls review the pricing too and make sure to offer at least a bottle of water in the room.

If you are looking for an authentic farmhouse, this is the right place. The room reserved for us was not very large (there were three of us), the vaults are low and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need and with excellent forced recycling: in the room there is a fun cooler which can be useful both to heat in winter and to cool in summer. The breakfast is excellent, the products are local, the pastries and bread are homemade and the buffet is always well stocked: the staff is present and very courteous, both in terms of service and in resolving any problems or giving advice . The location is excellent and has a convenient and large car park: I absolutely recommend it.

Very nice farmhouse not far from the sea, the staff is friendly and helpful, nice rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay the swimming pool was unusable and this limited the experience. But otherwise it's a nice place

I celebrated my 50th birthday and it was an absolutely right choice. Perfect organization, delicious food, well-stocked bar in an enchanting location such as the orange grove attached to the farm. Each of the spaces had been organized for a specific function and the guests felt, just as I wanted, in a welcoming Apulian summer garden, among the smells of food, burning coals and flowers. A big thank you to our friends Roberto and Anna and their staff.

We stayed in this structure which apparently seems like a discreet farm, unfortunately once we were assigned the room we were amazed by the microscopic space available in a Classic room. Nothing to say about the skill and patience of the girl at the reception Nadia who tried to satisfy our every request . Unfortunately, however, since it is not its fault but that of the owner, you cannot sell a closet per room, with only one small window and an awkwardly sized bathroom. My partner is 6'4 and hit his head several times while showering or drying himself. During the night we struggled not to leave the room because there was no air. I don't recommend it, and I'm sorry because the location is excellent. Very close to the sea, reachable by bike, a real shame because the breakfast was also good. The first thing that strikes you is the tranquility of this place. We regret not being able to use the swimming pool due to a fault, which was not followed by any discount or concession considering the inconvenience. The cleanliness and kindness of the staff, always courteous and smiling, are certainly a plus. Clean room, not suitable for people taller than 180cm, with a very comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. Breakfast with local and seasonal products but nothing exceptional.
