We got a renovated and beautiful studio. The pity is that there was no coffee maker and the TV only had 8 channels in Portuguese and German. There was no Spanish TV. The receptionists are very kind and friendly.

booked this hotel through an online travel agent.I booked a superior studio,with double bed.On arrival was told if any complaints,to see reception again. On seeing the apartment,thought they had given us the wrong apts; There was 2 rock hard sofa beds,a galley type kitchen,A satisfactory bathroom,the door to the balcony,had a plastic type roller blind,which jammed halfway up.If you cranked your neck round the balcony you could just see the sea.In forty years of holidays,this must be the smallest apt; I have been in.So had to upgrade to a super apt;at a cost of Euro;350-00.which was a big chunk out of our holiday money.just to get a proper bed.You don't get an electric kettle,toaster or hairdryer. My computer monitor is bigger than the TV.which has 8 channels and none in English. The information book in the room is 98% portugese,so not very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly,with several canines staying at the hotel. The receptionists especially the males,are not very friendly,( a greeting and a smile would be nice.) The youngest receptionist was the best ,always helpful and smiling.

Just returned from a trip. Stayed at this hotel. A very good European three-star hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The aquarium at the reception is quite large and roomy. I did not see any abuse of animals. The beds and towels are always clean. The only toiletries are soap. Everything else you can buy at the grocery store around the corner - cheap and affordable. Rooms and shower room are spacious. There is a small “kitchen” with a refrigerator, stove and microwave. All utensils for cooking: pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, kettle and even a wine opener and wine glasses. Sink and kitchen towels. Wide balcony with a table and chairs. The air conditioning works perfectly. There are shading blinds on the windows. But the most important advantage is the location of the hotel. It is located in the very center of the boulevard and a stone's throw from the beach. I recommend visiting the restaurant "VistaMar" - delicious food and reasonable prices. So same kind and hospitable staff.

Generally speaking, good. The cleaning was not great, but the essentials were in good condition. Great view and balcony. Receptionists not very friendly. It's not clear why there are apartments with shutters and others not, like the one I stayed in. The TV is very small, does not work properly, most of the channels are foreign (German). There were clean towels, soap, bed made despite the challenge of even finding out (the bed was made under the sofa covers and no one warned about this detail). It is not at all understandable that dishwashing liquid is not available. It is a product that is not available in a small version, as such it is impractical for guests to carry and a waste to buy.

Basic kamer, goede douche. Spijtig dat je bij 2pers kamer geen opgedekt bed hebt. Wij hebben 2 zetels samengezet. Geeft geen welkom gevoel. Mooi zeezicht en goede locatie. Ontbijt zeer basis en in ander hotel, niet gezellig. Zeker vooraf auto voorzien, badplaats is verouderd en mist vakantie gevoel. Gemiddelde leeftijd toerist 65+.

Apart hotel básico, muito humilde, limpeza e staff impecáveis, ter só em conta que ao Domingo não há limpeza. Tv muito pequena e com poucos canais, só a sala é que tinha ar condicionado, o que dificultou as boas noites de sono. Vista incrível para a praia, localização excelente, junto a restaurantes, supermercado e outro comércio. Lugar de estacionamento no hotel muito caro e na cidade paga-se em todo o lado, o que torna a estadia muito dispendidosa.
