Did not know it was only 1 room and shared bath. At least two other couples there. Old old linens not what we expected. The host arranged an early morning ride to the airport he finally showed up an hour late. We made it but what’s very stressful. Do not recommend

Terrible experience. Booked for overnight between flights. Received confirmation. Graces House cancelled my booking - did not notify me until 1/2 hour after I arrived and was chasing via what’s app and phone. Phone number provided on confirmation and websites is not even valid when you try to call Location is terrible. Not near anything. Expensive to get taxi there as they do not want to go that way. Impossible to get taxi back if you do not speak Spanish - none drive by the area you need to call.

Muchas gracias a Lucia, Carla y Erica las chicas que atienden. Nos atendieron muy bien a toda mi familia. Dormimos excelente y en varias habitaciones y al otro día, volamos a Madrid. al regreso pararemos nuevamente alli. Muchas gracias !!!

Tuve un vuelo Mendoza - BsAs de gal manera que llegué a las 10AM y en la reserve les comenté que quería una ducha y descansar un par de horas ya que tipo 3pm regresaba al aeropuerto. Cuando llegué al hostel fui recibido por Grace quien me dijo entre otras cosas que el check in era a las 12, que ella tenia mucho sueño (se notaba que había pasado una larga noche hahahaha) y cuando fui a pagar, me ha dicho que no recibe tarjetas (Solo efectivo) y que el valor era más o menos un 30% mayor al que reservé. Al final, no la tomé y me devolví al aeropuerto. Tuve una mala sensación y les recomiendo llevar efectivo y tengan en cuenta que no es tan cerca al aeropuerto (30min) y les sugiero otras opciones más cercanas.

Buena atención por Whatsapp pero pésimas las instalaciones, todo en muy mal estado, un engaño las fotos que ponen, las sábanas sucias y viendo las reseñas se ve que no soy el único que le tocó sábanas en esas condiciones. y todavía les da la cara para faltarnos el respeto. Lamentable
