Villa Vecchia Hotel

It was a wonderful experience, we were treated very well, very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were in excellent condition, found clean and tidy. Both breakfast and dinner were nice and consistent and full of variety. Due to my excellent experience I recommend anyone passing through Frascati to stay here

Many dirty rooms, others invaded by small red spiders. Unhelpful and surly staff. Poor cleanliness of the rooms which appear to be very dusty and moldy. The kitchen is terrible. The price of the stay is absolutely not adequate for the offer as well as the 4 stars.

We found small red spiders inside the room and on the sheets, dirt, mold in other rooms. Doesn't deserve 4 stars. I had to change my sheets myself because of the red spiders. We didn't like it at all!

Beautiful hotel very well kept very nice and large rooms from our suite you can see the whole city very clean room with attention to detail with very assorted perfumes shampoos and soaps mini bar with prosecco and juices fruit plate in the room truly a large well looked after hotel and then the kitchen the topp gurme dishes very well looked after debts Cal the topp we will return in February

Pésima experiencia, todo funcionaba mal, el Wifi solo funciona en recepcion y si te vas a la habitación no llega, no son capaces de poner repetidores en los pasillos, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y cuando le expliqué a la persona de recepción dijo que lo vería, todavia espero que vaya. Las luces malas, secador de toallas malo, no hacen el aseo en las habitaciones. NO TIREN SU DINERO, aparte de que esta lejos de todo! Ni siquiera llega señal de telefono en las habitaciones. Pésima experiencia. Ademas a un compañero se le quebro la tarjeta de la habitación y le cobraron 60 euros sin siquiera darles factura. Terrible jamas volvería a este lugar. La Comida otro punto negativo! Simple y nada Italiano.
