Me and my family have been in the hotel for vacations at the beginning of October. We were happy with the welcoming of the staff and the high quality of the rooms and common areas. Amazing place to stay while you explore the Toscana. Very recommended 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing hotel. I came with me family here and we felt like home from the very first moment. Super friendly staff, delicious food, clean and spacious rooms, very close to the center of Montecatini. Everything you need to spend a great vacation, you’ll find here. Super recommended!

We had a very enjoyable week in this rather grand and classically Italian hotel, which is well placed for access to the town centre and maybe a couple of kilometres from the furnicular to visit Montecatini Alto. Our room was large, comfortable, immaculately clean, loads of storage and extra pillows and blankets available in the room which saved having to ask for them if required. We had a fourth floor street facing room, with rooftop and mountain views. There was some road noise, but not enough to spoil our stay. Food was adequate and service was a little chaotic on occasion.

The hotel was nice but a little tired. Our room was good, nice size, plenty of storage and hanging space. Bathroom good, again plenty of space. Great pressure in the shower. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable and clean. No view which was disapponting. In retrospect we should have asked for a different room. Food was very disappointing and we felt was possibly a lower standard because we were on a tour. No fresh fruit at breakfast, though plenty of choice of pastries. Staff warm and friendly, particularly at reception.

Sadly this hotel is no longer grand. Like the town itself, it is run down and needs major money spent on it. Hotel staff were very pleasant, very helpful and my room was kept perfectly clean. Most spas nearby were boarded up and covered with graffiti. BUT travelling by funicular to MONTECATINI ALTO was the highlight of my week. Tiny but well worth the trip. Local people in Terme and Alto were very friendly and helpful.

This is my favourite Hotel in Montecatini. It is a Beautiful Hotel close to everything. The staff are amazing and very helpful, The food is top quality and there is a great choice of dishes . Great pool area to relax. We will be returning next year.
