The hotel is used by many coach tours. The check in was painless, except we had no code given to get in the gate. The rooms need refurbishing. The toilets were hard to flush, plugs in the basin could not be released. Space for toiletries was very small as were the small shampoos and shower gels. The shower cubicle is small. Towels were bath sized , not thick or fluffy and hand towels were pieces of cloth. The beds have comforters and sheets. The comforter seemed a bit well used. Pillow was single and hard. A request for two new pillows couldn’t be met. No kettle or coffee making in the rooms and you have to pay a euro for a cup of hot water if you request this. Breakfast ran out of everything due to the coach groups and after 10 minutes we gave up expecting replenishment. The lobby is lovely.

One night stay in Tuscany, at the Tuscany Inn Hotel. the staff were very friendly and our check in was easy. Our room was one of the biggest we have ever stayed in. And a massive bathroom, all designed to be wheelchair accessible. Comfortable bed and pillows, the bathroom was well appointed. We were let down by the included dinner though, had the vegetarian burger with tomatoes and peas, not overly impressed.

Experience above our expectation, definitely suggest! Delicious breakfast, beds and pillows are very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they have enough space. Free parking area is easy accesible.

Stayed 2 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. We used the free bikes on both days, which were very handy for seeing a little further afield. Good breakfast, and quiet if you avoided the early rush with the coach tours. Excellent value stay.

Nice welcome and good sized room. Two nice large wardrobes, but only 6 hangers between us. Also no cupboard storage except 2 tiny draws. Bathroom was nice but again no shelves to unpack toiletries on. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, but for some reason we were always shown to the back room, and never able to use the nice large restaurant as others did. Did ask at reception about this, but didn't receive an answer. Someone else said in their review if you like a Premier inn then this is a good hotel. We would agree with that statement.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was large and clean, but there was no coffee machine and the minibar was empty, which is unusual for a 4* hotel. Parking is very convenient and if you do not have a car the train station is very close by. The breakfast was good. All in all we had a nice stay but I think this is more of a 3* than a 4* hotel. There are no extra amenities like a pool etc.
