The hotel gave us very good service and accomodation at a reasonable price. The location is well connected to the downtown of Montecattini Terme and to Florence and Pisa. It is always a pleasure to stay and to have meetings there.

We attended a meeting held at this hotel. We had some extra days to enjoy getting to know the city and surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in answering all our questions about the area, what to see and how to get places. The hotel is located within a five minute walk to the funicular up to the hilltop city of Montecatini Alte which is well worth visiting. It is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and a convenient 5 minute drive to the train station. The hotel restaurant has a good variety of dishes and the wait staff are friendly and attentive.

I gave this three stars because it has a pool. Otherwise 2 stars would accurately describe the room, food choice and quality and staff friendliness. Expectations were high because of our tour promises and this was a big disappointment. Small room and shower, institutional style cafeteria with stained tablecloths and repeat food choices.

We stayed a whole week and would have loved to stay even longer! The facility is well-tended and clean. The breakfast offers a good variety of food-options. Dinner is delicious and the atmosphere is super relaxed, perfect after a long day out. The best part about the hotel is the staff, hands down. They are kind and generous, going above and beyond to ensure that your needs are being fulfilled. The only thing about the hotel that could be improved is the Wifi, as it was a bit slow at times. On top of the hotel itself, the location is beautiful as well. Montecatini Terme has quite a few things to see, such as the terme, the park and the small city, everything easy to reach by foot. Pisa and Florence are about a 50min drive away, ideal for a city-trip during the day.

We were fooled by the pictures of this hotel on their website: in reality it's not the color on the hotel website. Also the interior needs an urgent update: it's very oldfashioned. However the personell is very friendly and the hotel and the rooms are clean. Airco wasn't working and could not be repaired.

Beds were like sleeping on a floor and when we asked for a topper were initially told they didnt have any such thing ... eventually did get these and 1 was helpful but other wasnt. Most staff were lovely and friendly and helpful except two men. 1 worked in the restaurant and the other at front desk (although he spent more time outside smoking than at the desk). Both were rude and would ignore you if they didnt like the conversation. We were overchanged in restaurant both times and even when showing the front desk their own online menu we did not get bill properly amended. Having travelled many countries including Italy and Europe before I cant recomment this hotel.

Nice hotel, good facilities, friendly and service minded personell. Butt dinner meal didn´t reach expected quality. Too many people and too few personell. Food not of expected quality, more like industrial kitchen food than restaurant food.
