Albergo Natucci

Hospitable, clean, welcoming hotel. The owners are friendly and very efficient. I had a great time. In particular, Vincenzo provided me with useful information regarding spa treatments, places to visit and cultural entertainment.

Very comfortable hotel in the center of Montecatini Terme, close to services, the ancient spas and the departure of the funicular to the upper town. Free parking a short distance away. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and excellent service with a plentiful breakfast. Worth trying, also perfect for families.

I request contact for an offer at €151, they call me back but with an offer at increased prices, they told me that booking had made a mistake....but I don't even know what booking is, I had booked from the official website of Albergo Natucci, the cost of €151, in fact they contacted me based on the request made on the hotel website. The hotel manager on the phone didn't know how it was possible...if you who change the prices don't know, can I ever know? A shameful climbing on mirrors. Little seriousness. Out of fussiness I didn't book. The owner will be able to answer what he wants, the fact remains that on the hotel's official website my quote had a cost which magically after about twenty minutes (5 minutes before being contacted via telephone) on the website had been revised and increased. I repeat, zero seriousness, and don't come away with the fact that I got the wrong days... I have the screenshots of the booking. It was enough to simply say "I'm sorry those prices were wrong", ....you made a better impression.

DON'T THINK OF ONE STAR AS A HOTEL CATEGORY, AT NATUCCCI YOU FEEL LIKE A FAMILY, VERY CENTRAL PLACE, NOT BRAND NEW BUT WELL CARED FOR STRUCTURE, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST QUALITY AND ABOVE ALL COURTESY SINCE THE DIRECT BOOKING WITH THE OWNERS WHO SHARE WITH YOU AND ADVICE YOU AS AND WHERE TO MOVE. Un lugar sumamente recomendable como estancia para recorrer el resto de la Toscana. Muy limpio, camas confortables, y sobre todo excelente atención de parte de sus operadores, Vincenzo y su esposa María. Son sumamente amables y gentiles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

mi meraviglio di recensioni tutte positive, o, io ho visto le tre camere piu orrende di tutto l albergo o non saprei spiegare altrimenti. arrivati domenica 6 ottobre per un soggiorno di 13 giorni, ci viene data una camera con le piastrelle che si alzavano, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare, visto che si ci poteva inciampare. la seconda camera matrimoniale materassi diversi in altezza, scomodissimi. ci fa vedere una terza camera ma abbiamo deciso di accontentarci basta che cambiava uno dei materassi. Di queste tre camere, tutte senza climatizzatore. (nella pubblicità diceva "ogni camera é provvista di clima autonomo" un freddo cane perchè siamo capitati in un periodo piovoso, dopo varie richieste e due giorni dopo mi e stata messa una coperta ( in camera nessuna coperta invernale), materassi duri peggio del marmo, cuscini non ne parliamo, un mucchio di ovatta, la mattina ci alzavamo piu stanchi della sera prima. per sederti sul gabinetto dovevi mettere i piedi nella doccia, per farti la doccia la tenda di plastica ti si appiccicava addosso. insonorizzazione della camera pari a zero, vabbe che eravamo sulla strada ma si sentiva tutto anche dalle stanze affianco e dalla stanza sopra, praticamente ce lo siamo fatti andar bene perche ormai avevamo pagato. ma un esperienza da non ripetere. colazione buona, ma statica, per 13 giorni sempre la stessa sia come dolci che come affettati praticamente penso che la stella sia dovuta solo alla posizione dell albergo quasi al centro e vicino alle terme redi.
