"The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room."

"Overnight stay with breakfast in good price-performance ratio. Location super. Central and still quiet at night (at closed window). Bathroom freshly renovated. Bed nice hard, but not too hard. Personal friendly and very effort. There are delicious pizza pieces that can be eaten comfortable before the hotel. All in all very recommendable. "

"This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly.
However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere."

"Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy

"We have stayed 3 nights in the Villa moresca and this is probably one of our best experiences.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable.

Pleasant walks, the 1899 funicular to reach the Montecatini spa, great cuisine in the busiest and liveliest square of all the surroundings. Ice creams and refreshments. Restaurants for all types of customers. A truly typically Tuscan and traditional breath before returning to the great art destinations. 40 minutes from Florence, 30 from Lucca, 15 from Pistoia, and 50 minutes from Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta.. HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.
