Galera da recepção muito ágil, atendimento é o grande diferencial deste empreendimento, já que o hotel em si possui acomodações antigas e com estrutura bem básica. Fui no auto do inverno gaúcho mas não passei frio, chuveiro é bom. Café da manhã, estacionamento e colchão são OK. As equipes são muito bem treinadas para resolver rápido questões de check-in, e qualquer outra necessidade. Muito simpáticos colaboradores.

Fiquei hospedado por mais de uma semana e nos 3 primeiros dias passei frio demais. O ar-condicionado não aquecia por alguma razão, e após o 3º dia me disseram q os tecnicos haviam feito manutenção periódica por que reclamei e me trocaram de quarto onde reclamei novamente do mesmo problema e chamaram novamente os tecnicos q limparam o filtro do ar condicionado e o mesmo passou a aquecer. Depois o café da manhã, afff.. que tristeza! ainda bem q a cidade tem boas padarias com um custo razoável.. quando fui tomar café peguei uma série de xicaras mal lavadas... A limpeza, nossa!!! deixa muito a desejar, na época da minha estadia tinha de fazer checkout todos os dias e fazer checking novamente no final do dia e ao entrar na mesma suíte o banheiro não havia sido higienizado, encontrava meus cabelos no banheiro e algumas vezes o lixo do banheiro foi esquecido em algum lugar do quarto, ou na entrada da porta ou na cadeira da mesa...
