This hotel is an unknown gem. The man who runs the place goes above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of, from going with them to find parking (which is close and inexpensive) to ensuring the a/c is working to providing you with a staff that attends to every need. The rooms are large, gracious, and beautiful. The location is right in the center of the historic area. The breakfast, which is included, is excellent and cooked to order. The only drawback is the exterior, which looks like another beautiful historic building, so you will wonder about this lovely small boutique hotel inside, but do it! If we ever go back to Tuscany, this is where we will hope to stay again. Thank you, Ricardo and staff.
