Large spacious home with high ceilings. 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a mezzanine area for play, plus 2 big living rooms! Our outdoor jacuzzi is nestled beneath the trees for maximum relaxation as you soak and stargaze.
You'll be only 10 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena, and a half hour from Disneyland and Universal Studios.
Family-friendly with up to 4 parking spaces on the property: 2 in garage, 2 in driveway. Street parking also available.

Brooks’ home was perfect for our large group! The home was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Additionally, the neighbors were all very friendly! The home is in Monterrey Park and extremely close to so many amazing restaurants, so we couldn’t ask for more.Brooks is excellent at communicating, so we had no issues on that front. I highly recommend Brooks and his lovely home. Thank you for everything, Brooks!
