Hotels with Breakfast in Monterrey

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

Had a great time in Monterrey and the Sheraton was a perfect location. The room was spotless and the staff was attentive. My flight to Monterrey was delayed until the next day and I was able to reach the hotel by email and they had no issue adjusting my reservation. They even gave me excellent location tips for my 10 mile run. I would definitely stay again.

We rested in this hotel with our family from 04/30 to 05/04/2023, my husband and I were in the same room, and my mother-in-law was the other, the rooms were almost identical, with a few exceptions, there was no refrigerator in the mother-in-law's room, and in ours there was no table with chairs, which I was in my mother-in-law's room. Let's start with the positives of the hotel, very large and comfortable beds, which could accommodate up to 4 people, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is food and drink delivery to the rooms, excellent location around the hotel there are many eateries, cafes and restaurants with a huge gastronomic variety, boutiques and shops with clothes, shoes, souvenirs, pharmacies, there are many currency exchange points nearby, a metro station. And now the cons: our rooms overlooked the hotel lobby, which is why the room was almost always semi-dark, which created a depressing state and we had to constantly be there with the lights on, there was no hair dryer in the rooms. Another inconvenient nuance was that only one electronic key (card) was given per room, but without this card you could not even take the elevator to your floor, because to ride the elevator you also had to put the key inside the elevator before choosing the floor , and without this, the elevator simply didn’t go anywhere, but even if you try to drive with another hotel guest using his card, you won’t be able to set several floors, the elevator will drop you off on the guest’s floor, so my husband and I had to go out everywhere together, since the second one is just could not get to the floor or to the room without this electronic key.

I had to stop so I could play catch up with work. As I arrived exhausted (long story) I really appreciated the fact that check in was a total breeze. The room situation was interesting the first room I go was not bad at all, but due to irrops, someone on the staff decided I had to switch rooms without telling anyone else on the staff. Result? I got upgraded to a nice junior suite with a view of Macroplaza. One thing to note - this property is an older one and probably could use an updating and renovation. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is not affiliated with it and a plethora of options nearby. The staff was lovely and gracious, and the value for money was good. Would I stay here again? Yes.

We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel staff is great . Very polite and helpful. Right from the time I got into the hotel cab from the airport to the time I was dropped back , had a smooth experience with the staff. Jessica ( reservations) , Augstin ( cab driver ) , Eduardo ( front desk - in the night shift ) , Jose ( shuttle driver ) were really hospitable and offered to help whenever needed. Location of the hotel is great with restaurants and malls close by .. it’s a lively place .. rooms were decent and liked the rooftop with the pool on it .

What a surprisingly gorgeous hotel! Just about everything about the property was top notch. Only the buffet was a little lacking, mainly because it had a different theme each day, and “Oriental” Monday lacked in flavor. (And my drink at the bar lacked in alcohol.). Otherwise, a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

Customer service is amazing. From desk, restaurant, lobby staff, maintenance and cleaning crew… everyone with the best attitude and so helpful. Thank you! We started only one night, but I’m sure we’ll be back as this is an amazing place to stay

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.
