I had booked a two - night stay. When I was about to check in, the customer service informed me that my credit card payment had failed, but in fact, the payment had been successfully made. During this process, I negotiated several times. I said that if they thought I hadn't paid successfully, they could cancel the order, but they refused to do so and insisted on keeping the order. Now, when I ask for a refund, they won't process it. In my more than ten years of business trips, this is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre incident. What's more, the hotel's response to messages is extremely slow, sometimes only once a day or they don't reply at all. As a service - oriented business, can a hotel with such poor customer service really stay in business? I'm very concerned...

I really had a nice experience staying here. The rooms are clean, plus to access the rooms is easy. Whenever you have a question, you will get a reply quick. I’m for sure staying here again when I go back.
