Sistemazione molto buona per le mie esigenze, con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non ho dato il massimo dei voti per una ragione: il gestore deve informare chi si reca per la prima volta di andare dal fondovalle, da S. Maria del Piano, MAI da Gaiano / via Gaiano, come il mio navigatore mi ha fatto fare dopo uscita - venendo io da Nord - a Rimini Sud. E' una stradina di montagna, a tratti larga poco più di 2 metri, con tornanti dalle pendenze impossibili, che di sera, con fondo sdrucciolevole (bagnato con foglie morte) e banchi di nebbia è un incubo, specie se avete la trazione posteriore: io ho tanta esperienza di guida ma vi garantisco ho avuto paura. L'altro accesso, da via Conca, è invece una passeggiata

My family and I were staying on the other side of Italy but came over for a couple of nights to visit to the area. The hotel has two pools and ample seating around them . it is set in a fairly isolated part of the countryside and is very quiet. The mini apartments are doted around the property and are comfortable with good air-conditioning and modern facilities. The hotel bar is open most of the day and has a good range of drinks. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one of the nights and it was extremely good. There are various antipasti and we shared two of them. The pasta dishes are all very good, as was the slow cooked beef casserole which melted in the mouth. There is also a fabulous kid’s menu with pasta followed by a large main course which my son struggled to finish. There is a vineyard tied to the property and the wines are truly excellent (we have bought a case back to Ireland!) Finally, every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful making this stay even more pleasurable. San Marino, Urbino and the Adriatic are close by for an easy visit.

Pur essendo un periodo di bassa stagione l accoglienza è stata molto piacevole.. appartamenti dotati di ogni confort e superiori alle aspettative. Ottima anche la cena ed indiscutibile il rapporto qualità prezzo.unica attenzione alle strade di accesso tipiche del luogo strette e piene di tornanti . Ci tornerei

Location carina, poco accogliente. Piscina molto piccola senza personale addetto alla sorveglianza. C’erano bambini che si tuffavano continuamente provocando disagi nelle persone stese sui lettini a bordo piscina. Zona relax con tanti sdrai ma ombrelloni insufficienti. Gli unici punti di ombra sono da rimediarsi tra le piante. Ristorante nella media con servizio lento.

Siamo nel 2024 e questa struttura non sa usare i mezzi di comunicazione che la tecnologia offre . Mercoledì prenoto l ingresso in piscina con prenotazione obbligatoria al ristorante. Oggi “Sabato” dopo un viaggio di un’ora arriviamo a Freelandia. Ci accoglie un ragazzo straniero già stressato e nervoso , ci fa pagare e dopo un attimo ci dice “ non lo sapevo ma a mezzogiorno dovete portare via le vostre cose per salire e posizionarvi nell’altra piscina più piccola perche questa è riservata .” ovvero la piscina si piu piccola ma quella per i bambini . Ho lavorato anni come receptionist negli hotel . Quando avevamo un disservizio come questo , era cortesia avvisare il cliente della probabilità che ….. mi spiace perche è una bella struttura , ma che purtroppo non guardano i bisogni dei clienti e non sanno affrontare le problematiche. Per evitare infatti questo disservizio preferisco non tornare più . Grazie Freelandia

Siamo stati in questo locale per un matrimonio. E' vero che in queste circostanze dipende soprattutto da chi organizza, ma devo dire che tutto il servizio è stato eccellente, in un posto bellissimo. Piatti davvero buoni ed anche chi è intollerante a certi ingredienti è stato accontento. Sono stato davvero bene.

Il posto è semplicemente magnifico, un ristorante immerso nella natura, c'è anche una piccola fattoria con gli animali esperienza bellissima sia per i più piccini che per i grandi. Il cibo è di alta qualità, tutto fatto in casa e il loro punto forte è la carne veramente squisita! Personale gentilissimo, stiamo stati davvero bene e ci torneremo sicuramente.
