Tiziano ed Alessandra sono due persone gentili e disponibili ed organizzano una grande e buona colazione. Preciso, inizialmente pensavamo fosse un appartamento tutto per noi, invece abbiamo condiviso la struttura con altre due famiglie, forse questa cosa è da segnalare meglio nei vari siti. Allora, la struttura è all'inizio della parte alta di Montesilvano, quindi serve l'auto per spostarsi. La struttura ha soggiorno e cucina in comune, ma non dispongono di stoviglie e non vogliono, pertanto, che si cucini. Si possono consumare solo pasti già pronti, tipo pizza d'asporto. Le camere hanno il bagno privato e la struttura è pulita e ristrutturata bene.

Abbiamo fatto tappa qui per una notte per poi proseguire il nostro viaggio, con due bimbi piccoli e un cane siamo stati talmente bene che abbiamo deciso di rifermarci anche al ritorno. La stanza accogliente , pulita e offre tutti i confort possibili. Tiziano e sua moglie sono due persone dolcissime e disponibili, ci hanno anche fatto trovare una super colazione tutta home Made davvero squisita. La vista spettacolare , l’alloggio e’ silenzioso e in una posizione strategica vicino sia al centro che al mare. Parcheggio comodo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo dormito in questa struttura per spezzare il lungo viaggio verso il sud di Italia. B&B pulito gestito da persona serie ed oneste che esercitano molto bene l'arte dell'accoglienza. L'idea è di essere ospitati in una casa privata condividendo anche il soggiorno per la colazione servita dai gestori. Ottimo i consigli per trascorrere la serata Un plauso ai fichi offerti prima della partenza e raccolti direttamente dalla pianta. Bravi!

Il posto molto carino si trova a pochi metri dal colle di Montesilvano è vicino al mare, i gestori gentili e disponibili il posto veramente pulito, e la colazione con torte fatta in casa buonissime. Super consigliato
