The hotel is not looked after. Big cleaning done at the beginning of the summer and then not done properly in the following weeks. Personal of the hotel very rude in reception. We are still at the hotel and in 4 days we had to sleep twice in different rooms: once due to water dripping from the ceiling and the second due to a little explosion that created a spark and smell of burnt in yhe room. According to the staff was not a good reason to come and investigate until i got upset and i got someone to come and have a look. Not feeling safe at all. They say they have 2 bars but really there is 1 person working in both of them (same person for very very long hours) so there are very long queues and only 1 bar available at the time. Very disorganised even on the beach when they have to assign the umbrella. The beach is overcrowded and there is not space to walk between one space and the other. The beach is dirty. I gave a 2 because the food is quite good and the animation is really good. I would absolutely not racomand this hotel to anyone.

I stayed with my husband and my 6 month old daughter in the week from September 7 to September 14, 2024 booking only one rental through a travel agency which included entertainment, 1 umbrella with 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed, and the final cleaning of the room excluding the hob which was our responsibility. Let's start with the positive points which unfortunately are few, the room with a sea view and everything within reach, swimming pool and beach, so for us who had a small child it was good, and if you have small children when the sea is calm it is good because the water is shallow. It is also positive that you have a supermarket, cinema, restaurants and amusement park nearby so you can also move on foot. The negative notes? Many..... I start with the entertainment that they tell us is soft in this period and ok that's fine but, we go down the first evening and ask the reception where the entertainment was, the girl tells us down in the pool (note that we had the room with a sea view of the pool and we hadn't seen anyone) anyway we go down and find everything dark... there was a couple with children (at least that's what it seemed like) and I decide to ask them if they had seen the entertainment since we had just arrived and above on the terrace we had only seen elderly people dancing ballroom dances etc. And that at the reception we had told us to go down to the pool. The guy answers me that by now they had moved upstairs and that the next day they would dismantle the theater that was there in the pool... 2 days later we understand that he was an entertainer. That day he didn't show up, I didn't explain anything to us who were new twins the "nice guy" (he thinks) terrible thing. What I saw this week was only at 12 some group dancing 3 days An attempt one evening to do a quiz. An aperitif game only once. 1 terrible carole 1 evening. Stop. And the entertainer who played cards with the elderly who were there during this period. The theme song of the mambo jumbo only on the stereo no dance choreography. We heard the entertainment on the next trip. Room: beautiful only for the view It was falling to pieces.. cobwebs, broken escutcheons door that didn't close well, leaky shower. No control in the hotel in my opinion anyone could enter both in the rooms and at the beach and in the pool. Without identification bracelets. The pool without a lifeguard you could see a black guy from the staff a lot but zero controls, people diving in caps not worn (when they were mandatory). Parcheggio : inesistente Camera Disabili : Sulla carta, per il resto o t'arrangi o vai via. Vecchia, ancora con parati e con 3 prese per 5 posti letto. Bagno disabili, peccato che o vai con la porta aperta o rimani con lui in bagno perché se sta male non puoi aprire la porta. Ristorante : Pessimo. Niente antipasti, porzioni da ristoranti guida michelin ma con sapore pessimo. Contorni da far vomitare e per finire....o frutta o dolce. Ah dimenticavo, senza lattosio per loro ancora non esiste. Chi ne parla bene non so cosa è abituato a mangiare o semplicemente vuole che la fregatura la prendano pure gli altri. Spiaggia non adatta a disabili. Rampe da monte Everest, passerella unica, Niente ombrelloni riservati e troppo stretti fra loro per il passaggio in sedia job. Morale della favola, ultima fila e abbiamo raggiunto la spiaggia in sedia a rotelle perché per 2 alberghi c'è una sola sedia job. Hanno preteso la tessera club nonostante l'agenzia l'avesse esclusa per il disabile per i servizi spiaggia e piscina. Quale piscina? Per 2 alberghi ci sono forse 20 ombrelloni e udite udite, piscina a skimmer senza nessun ausilio per l'accesso ad un disabile. Mare sporco, pieno di alghe, schiuma per presenza di canale lì di fianco. Personale reception molto scortese ed in generale non preparato. Una ospite si è fatta male e pur avendo avvisato il bagnino tra lui e la reception è toccato chiamare l'ambulanza a me. Li ho avvisati di attenderla in strada e alla fine hanno richiamato me perché in strada non c'era nessuno. Volevano che li aiutassi a tirare su la signora, gli ho detto che forse non era il caso visto che la signora lamentava il braccio, magari aveva una frattura, ed infatti la frattura c'era. Una stella è pure troppo. Positivo? Una serata siamo andati a cena fuori e abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Vacanza indimenticabile! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli.
