For seven wonderful days, I systematically forgot my phone and watch in my room. The former wouldn't have served me 24/7 like at home, the latter wouldn't have known what to do with it since I didn't need to run anywhere. I even forgot where I parked. Now, it's not like they serve fried lotus at the Promenade, it's just that you regain your time. And you enjoy it, all of it. It takes less than 200 steps to get under the umbrella. The beach is spotless, the sea the same, but the real strength of the Promenade is the staff. Simply exceptional, always available, always polite, always efficient, it was the added value of the holiday. It is a perfect hotel for a family holiday, with a special focus on children, from the menu to the miniclub. Indeed, special mention to the miniclub, managed by Moloco, also here, 5 stars - indeed, "2000 hands raised to the sky ...". Another important detail, the kitchen, at the Promenade you eat really well, both the variety and the quality of the offer are very good, but we also appreciated the freshness and silence of the rooms, and we obviously recommend the spectacular sea view rooms. So, what are you still reading, go and enjoy it, I'm sure that when you leave the hotel you will feel a bit of melancholy too ... A hotel to absolutely try again next summer.

Siamo stati a giugno dell'anno scorso e ci eravamo trovati bene,nonostante l'animazione fosse un pó scarsa,Quest'anno invece devo dire che è stata molto meglio grazie a Sofia Alessandro,Rita, Anastasio e Davide che ci hanno fatto divertire adulti e bambini. L'unica nota negativa della vacanza sono un pó i materassi e cuscini. Però per il resto, tutto bello.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 23/06/25 al 03/07/25 con amici; Mi sono trovata molto bene, tutto il personale dal Maître di sala ai camerieri super cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta ; Esperienza più che positiva da rifare , un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff per il piacevole soggiorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo superiore, un vero all inclusive con un servizio ristorante di ottima qualità e molto “ performante “ simpatia qualità e professionalità sono nella loro quotidianità!!! La struttura ha i suoi anni ma assolutamente non li dimostra, l’ unica pecca è l’aria condizionata che é un po’ da capire il display di comando e un pelino rumorosa, animazione eccezionale che dire Alessandro Sofia e Rita veramente bravi e non invadenti, servizio spiaggia impeccabile sempre presente e disponibile ad accontentare i clienti, Insomma credo proprio che ci ritorneremo Un grazie al Maitre Luigi a Gennaro per il suo caffè con le 3 C a Enzo per il vino rosato sempre bello fresco a Davis per la sua simpatia….. tutto molto performante 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉

Siamo stati una settimana con la mia famiglia nel hotel Promenade. Dove dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e affetto. Ringrazio tutti i ragazzi della sala che sono stati tutti attenti e sorridenti. Mia figlia si è divertita un sacco con la animazione del @stars.eventi.animazioni. Ricordi di tempi passati, hotel ottimo anche se datato, pulito bello e di categoria superiore alla media , ero titubante perché le recensioni non erano ottime ma il buon prezzo, senza caparra è stata una sorpresa ritrovarlo dopo anno in ottima forma. Pulizia perfetta e buona colazione.
