Partiamo dai punti positivi: la cantina è molto bella e moderna, i vini sono buoni (nonostante aver bevuto quasi una bottiglia a testa, la mattina dopo niente mal di testa) ed il commerciale Alessandro molto preparato e cortese Cosa non funziona: l'approccio della proprietà è molto rigido e non orientato al cliente, anche perché non risiedendo in loco la comunicazione è piuttosto complessa

Partiamo dai punti positivi: la cantina è molto bella e moderna, i vini sono buoni (nonostante aver bevuto quasi una bottiglia a testa, la mattina dopo niente mal di testa) ed il commerciale Alessandro molto preparato e cortese. Cosa non funziona: l'approccio della proprietà è molto rigido e non orientato al cliente, forse perché vivendo dall'altra parte d'Italia percepisce l'ospitalità come un vezzo, una cortesia e non come un lavoro vero e proprio. Non sono contadini e si vede. Prenoto un pacchetto per la cena e poi chiedo di aggiungere il pernotto. A quel punto da Padova mi quotano la stanza e si dimenticano di offrirmi il pacchetto cena+pernotto presente sul sito (che includeva altri servizi). Morale della favola: nonostante i 470 euro mi è stato chiesto di pagare la colazione a parte. Insomma, c'è di meglio, soprattutto in zona e a quelle cifre.

Posto incantevole , abbiamo trascorso qui due giorni e siamo rimasti affascinati dalla bellezza di Podere Casanova e soprattutto dall’amore con cui la proprietaria Lisa lo gestisce e dalla cura che mette in ogni cosa che fa .. le cose fatte con amore vengono sempre bene .. grazie Lisa per tutto 🥰

5 stelle perché di più non è possibile darne! Il podere è bellissimo, tipico casale toscano con vista spettacolare sulle colline del chianti. Lisa la titolare persona squisita e disponibile per accontentare le richieste degli ospiti. Colazione super. Quando torneremo in Toscana, torneremo al Podere Casanova!

Ho soggiornato al Casanova una notte con moglie e due bimbi piccoli. Al Casanova si respira l’aria della vera campagna del Chianti: il podere è piccolo ma ben tenuto, immerso nella natura (occhio che l’ultimo tratto di strada per arrivarci è sterrato) , fresco la sera anche in piena calura grazie alla posizione sopraelevata , ha una piscina con spettacolare vista sulle colline, e le colazioni preparate dalla simpaticissima titolare Lisa sono deliziose ! Su richiesta è possibile anche avere piatti freddi , pizze , pasta o schiacciate ripiene per pranzo o cena. Non è un albergo vero e proprio , più una casa vacanze, quindi non c’è un servizio reception o ristorante aperto 24/7 , ma anche questo fa parte dell’aria familiare che si respira , a differenza dell’impersonalità delle grandi strutture turistiche. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole godersi qualche giorno di completo relax immerso nell’incantevole paesaggio della campagna empolese !
