We spent a night in this hotel in the company of friends and colleagues, a truly large group! It was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. the rooms were spacious and quiet, I rested very well. The spa is very comfortable, you leave and return from the room in your bathrobe. it is small but nothing is missing, Turkish bath, sauna, tiepidarium and two large thermal water pools with hydromassage. we found two days of sunshine, unseasonably warm, and we also took advantage of the solarium. we ate at the hotel both for dinner on the day of arrival and for lunch on the day of departure. dishes prepared with care, including local recipes. the buffet of starters and side dishes is rich. also the rich and varied breakfast, served until 10am, therefore also for the less early risers. the staff in general were very kind and always present. on Saturday evening the entertainment with the piano bar was fun!

Disappointing to say the least.... The spa facility needs renovation, it's old, you can see rust in many places and the changing rooms are full of limescale and yellowish stains, the pools don't have the indicated temperature... the hotel is a 4 star just for the price... In our room the bathroom door didn't close and even though I was with my husband, I think it's also a fundamental thing for hygiene... the soap dispenser for washing hands didn't it worked, the Jacuzzi had the knob detached and it didn't work and the toilet flush remained blocked and often either water continued to come out or it no longer loaded water into the tank.... we promptly reported everything and were told that they would do it I present everything to the maintenance worker who met the next morning half an hour before leaving... When it comes time to check out I present everything to the lady at the reception who looks at me with a disconsolate expression and tells me "a disaster.. We could have changed the room..." The bill arrives...12 euros discount!!!! Ridiculous....NEVER MORE...TRULY DISCERKING!!!!! Ah..I forgot...be careful at the restaurant.... Ask for a glass of wine and they give you the bottle..... whoever I've heard has had the same "problem"!!! Last observation... breakfast... Absolute savings!!!!

I spent a weekend as a couple, within a group. Good location, a few km from beautiful places to visit. The park is very beautiful. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Good quality of food. Unfortunately upon arrival we found the bathroom of the room dirty, both inside the shower and in the sink area. We reported this to the front desk... there was no staff available to come and clean, or even to come and see the state of the bathroom. We then asked for a room change and a short time later, going down to reception again (there was no staff who could come to accompany us), we were assigned a new room. The spa is good, even if the structure could do with some modernization. I recommend it as value for money

WEEKEND with a great group of colleagues. Excellent welcome, delicious cuisine and spa with truly thermal water with 2 large swimming pools, hydromassages, saunas, Turkish baths, gym and much more. Also 2 steps from Parma and a few km from the beautiful Torrechiara castle. Will be back soon ;)
