Best Western Monticello

Everything was perfect except the room smelled like stale cigarettes. We think it was from the heating/cooling unit.

Very good and clean

Room big enough nice space. Carpet is little old need to clean . Other way one of the nicest hotel a book since six month. Maybe I prefer to next time also.

The bed sheets were very itchy. The rug was dirty. The towels were very old and thin.

The room was wonderful and the staff so friendly! Loved the location! Great Italian restaurant next door! We plan to stay here again!

Staff were courteous and accommodating. The only issue was the temperature of the pool (tooncold to swim)

Joline was amazing we came in late from being on the road for 12hrs she was kind and wonderful and hooked me up for an upgrade as it was my birthday she went beyond my needs and made me feel special, rooms are older but well taken care of, the breakfast was hot and good for something quick

The room was clean, staff was amazing, breakfast was great and the check in and out was quick.

I really only needed to sleep overnight so I didn’t check out too much The checkin was quick and courteous the room very clean and stocked the location very convenient to what I was doing The breakfast looked very appealing although I didn’t take advantage Only negative was I booked a king size room and they gave me a double bed room I didn’t raise it as an issue so not sure how they would have handled an adjustment
