Picked this budget chain hotel for its proximity to the RER C line and autoroutes, as we wanted a Paris stopover on our long drive from Languedoc to Dieppe port but didn't want to drive in central Paris. Location is a bit soulless right next to the Olympic velodrome in a modern suburb but the hotel is clean, well run and comfortable, and it's a safe 10-minute walk from the Saint-Quentin/Montigny RER station. Parking was extra in the adjoining underground park but if we'd boxed clever we could have parked for free a couple of hundred metres away. Very comfortable room and bed despite this being the 'budget' part of the hotel (it's integrated with a standard Ibis in the same building). Friendly, efficient staff and check-in. Decent self-serve breakfast in cafe-style surroundings. All in all, the cost of three nights' stay, breakfast, parking and a 3-day Paris Visite transport pass (access all zones) came in at less than two nights in a central Paris 2-star hotel. Great value, and we'll be returning for another Paris visit on our way to our Languedoc house in 2025.

We came to the hotel for a professional stay, the hotel is well located and everything is clean and especially surprised by a very beautiful tree in the hall! We were well received, the staff were very friendly.

Perfect location for an evening at the velodrome. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. The dirty bathroom side is also perfect. Staff at the top, I don't have the first name of the hostess who took care of me but she deserves a raise!

The recent reviews that I have read are consistent with what I experienced: this hotel, although recent, has aged badly... The cleanliness and hygiene of the carpet in the room really leaves something to be desired. The cleaning is done, but the carpets are also being shampooed... The bed sheet is not the size of the mattress... I came to wonder if I was not in a hotel in small budget ! The bathroom could do with some updating... Everything seems to have been focused on the reception and reception area which appears clean and well decorated... On the other hand, the reception is located far from the entrance. Is this why we don't feel warmly welcomed as soon as we enter? (unfortunately, even when you say hello when approaching the elevator near reception, you don't always get a response depending on who is there...). However, I would like to point out that the person who received us seemed professional. The hotel is well located for walking to the shopping center, the train station, walking near the Vélodrome or going to restaurants. On the other hand, parking is chargeable... But in the end, paying 79€ per night for such a disappointing service does not encourage you to come back...

It's not what it used to be! A very average hotel whether at reception, room or breakfast. Bad information for parking payment which is not given! Room very poorly arranged and cleanliness to be reviewed, let's not talk about the state of the doors (just disgusting) and to top it off problem with the hot water Very disappointed we won't come back

Quiet, dirty, poorly decorated... Headboard stained with very suspicious stains and hand marks, yellow shower seals, unsuitable duvet size, staff not friendly but helpful. Team leader in a t-shirt. No one to clean the breakfast tables. Instead of the bacon and scrambled eggs advertised on labels, a plant... no green tea... A service requested and validated and promised but always expected.
