Terrible sanitary facilities, dirty grout around very dated shower bases, grime in corners, smelly, no soap, lack of toilet rolls, especially in the evenings, only cleaned once a day. Showers flood the block with water rising out of the central drain in the middle of the block. Tiles coming away around the pool, very dangerous. Handrails for the steps are wobbly and not secure enough to actually use if you need them. The actual pitches are very narrow and not well maintained at all. Shop is non existent. It is peaceful and in a good position for major towns. Expensive for what it is, not worth the money.

We originally booked for a week but upon arriving and seeing how good this site was we extended our stay to 11 nights. Stayed in a sited caravan which was great spotlessly clean. The pool area was fantastic and again so clean. Reception staff were really helpful. On site restaurant food amazing well worth eating there. Montopoli a lovely village walked up to the older part of village lovely Hotel with magnificent views. The train station is Sam Romano next town across ( you need a car but free parking) Trains to Pisa, Florence and many more places. Would recommend this campsite 100%.

Chose the park to experience the real, authentic Italy in the heart of Tuscany with friends. The location didn’t disappoint! The rustic location is ideal - walkable to a beautiful village, quality restaurants, bakery and delicatessen. Ten minutes drive to the local train station (for Pisa and Florence) and 35 minutes from Pisa airport. Also surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The caravan accomodation on park was ideal, lovely terrace area with lots of surrounding space, very peaceful, swimming pool and at an affordable price. We had a lovely stay and have rebooked with the friendly staff to return for the Truffle festival in September.

We arrived at this campsite with our caravan going down slope to the pitches was very difficult tight. When we got to pitch it was like a grass verge on a back Road. There was no designated pitches it was very wet and muddy. Another camper who arrived before us was stuck in the and could not get out. Stayed the whole of 10 minutes before booking another campsite. I’m leaving this one we would not recommend to anybody do not come to this place it should not be a campsite.

We booked a camping pitch for our motorhome for 7 days We chose this site as it had a train station very close by, so we could visit Pisa and Florence We left after 4 days as we were getting bitten very badly. The showers were smelly and very shabby as was the washing up facilities The pool area was a disaster. Weeds everywhere, loose tiles and the pool was like a bath of ice The only good thing about the site is that you can travel to beautiful places to escape the place This site needs a massive overhaul and lots of money spending on it to bring it up to standard

I cant recommend this holiday village enough, the location is great to explore the beautiful and stunning Tuscany region. Being so near to Pisa and Florence makw for great opportunities for sightseeing. Onsite the facilities are good,, with a great large pool and onsite restuarant along with laudry room. We will definately be coming back as have made so many new freinds and the staff cant do enough and are so welcoming.

Campsite that begs about their equipment (faulty washing machine, tumble dryer that doesn't work), mobile home that smells of mold, mobile home in poor condition, missing bed slats, various objects belonging to someone who must live in this mobile home, campsite with around fifty cats, mobile home with English socket, no hot water in the shower because of limescale but cold water that works at night, at 65 euros it's theft...

Campsite to avoid!! Misleading description of the campsite!! (no entertainment, no beach shuttle, no pong table, no paddling pool, no kids club, no bread depot, no grocery store) In addition, the mobile home was dilapidated and old (leaking toilet, smell of sewers, no terrace, broken bedding, poorly cleaned, broken mosquito net) The campsite is abandoned, in fact there is even a car wreck, stray cats, trash cans lying around everywhere, dirty swimming pool because there is no footbath, the photos of the campsite are several years old. In short, to avoid, given the price it is a great Italian scam! Only positive points: staff who speak French and quiet

Campsite to avoid! Nothing is going well, the trash cans in the middle of the alleys that are piling up... the mobile home, let's not even talk about it!!! We asked to be moved to another mobile home because the bedroom light didn't work, the bathroom window was broken, the dining table was half broken. No microwave or coffee maker. We were moved to another mobile home, and in the children's room there was an invasion of ants. No hot water in the shower! It's a walking disaster! The campsite restaurant is customer-oriented, we were served anything, they wanted to charge us for extra things. The waitress and waiter are very aggressive and incompetent to the highest degree!!! Let's not even talk about the laundry side where you will want to wash your clothes in a very dirty machine with a completely moldy drum seal! It's a disgrace! The campsite is completely abandoned! Run away from it...
