"This hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)"

Appart functional hotel, correct equipment microwave boiler etc even if I've served it, by counter older furniture, all-used seat cracked etc , a refreshing paint would not be luxury, 2 take sector ( 1 in ka room and 1 in the corridor next door) it is quite little, and in the bathroom zero taken ( electric tooth pad and shaving. The hotel has a nice internet access, TV, tea and coffee maker.
The least: ventilation, heating/climate, makes a terrible noise!"

SSofisolThe room is nice and clean. The only negative thing was the staff who helped us because we had a parking space and one day we arrived and there was no space. It was hard to get things sorted out with them.

GGuest UserAs good as before. You can take Line 1 from the city center train station to the hotel entrance. The suburban train station is only a five-minute walk away by taking bus 620 towards Place d'Europe. The transportation is very convenient. The staff are also very friendly.

GGillianIt is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for people who want to catch the train. However, the bathing area has no door and is very cold. There seems to be a slight problem with the air conditioner. The carpet is dirty and the sound insulation is extremely poor. But it is acceptable for this price. Staff are polite

AAnonymous UserGood location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good.
Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

NNasrinStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.
